With the meticulous craftsmanship of a classic Hotel, everything—from the lobby and Room to the hallways and bath area—was luxuriously designed and truly magnificent. The staff were also very attentive, making this a stay I will remember for a lifetime. Since our Room was near the bath area, we could hear the boiler a bit early in the morning, but overall it is a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

This time we stayed for two nights. On the first day, we took the airport limousine bus from Itami, got off at Yamato-Saidaiji, and visited Akishino-dera Temple. On the second day, we went to Matsuo-dera Temple from Yamato-Koizumi in the morning and had lunch at Edogawa. On the third day, we relaxed in the large public bath on the 6th floor and enjoyed the Onsen. As always, it was a comfortable two-night stay and made for a wonderful trip to Nara. We look forward to staying with you again—thank you very much.

The bath and the Room are old, but they were kept very clean. This time we only had breakfast, and it was very delicious. Maybe the restaurant has been renovated? It was new, clean, bright, and very pleasant. Not only was the food great, but the staff were truly polite and attentive—I was really impressed. In particular, the senior veteran staff member was wonderful. I couldn’t thank them in person, but I hope this Review reaches them. I’d love to visit again!

The ocean view from the Room is wonderful, as are the views of Atami and the sea from the restaurant. The guest Room is spacious and airy, and the Onsen bath is large enough to stretch out in. Dinner was especially delicious, particularly the stone-grilled beef tenderloin steak. It was a very satisfying stay.

I visited after a live show in Nakameguro, so it was late and I didn’t have a chance to check out the surrounding facilities. However, it was right by the station exit, so even though it was raining, I arrived quickly. My daughter lives in Tennozu Isle, so I was able to visit her in the morning before my 11:30 gathering. The location is very appealing, and I’d like to stay here again when traveling solo in Tokyo.

I made a Reservation for a concert at Niterra Civic Hall (Nippon Tokushu Togyō). It was perfectly close—just a 30-second walk to the venue. Even though the Hotel is in a lively area, it was very quiet, and the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and I was very satisfied with the perfectly sized shelf in the changing area—just the right height and width. The lounge coffee was delicious, and although the manga corner is small, it had an appealing selection and I really enjoyed it! For breakfast, I had a Japanese set meal at “Tenya” on the first floor. The salmon, spinach ohitashi, and miso soup were all deeply comforting and delicious—I felt happily full from the morning for the first time in a while. I’d love to stay at this Hotel again—so much so that I’m thinking of checking upcoming concerts at Niterra Civic Hall just as an excuse to come back. N Tower is conveniently located just a short walk from Shinagawa Station. Two of us stayed for two nights while moving for work in Tokyo. We brought one medium-sized suitcase (international travel size), but there was no space in the Room to open it—understandable given the 16.5 m² size. We left early in the morning and returned late at night, and the location was very helpful. There are also restaurants nearby that stay open past 11:00 p.m., so we were satisfied with the convenience.

Thank you for your continued support. All of my Accommodations on this trip were in the Via Inn group. Because of the low rate and my travel schedule, I stayed at Iidabashi for just one night. Iidabashi has become almost my regular Accommodation, but this time I noticed that when lying in bed, airflow from the air conditioner or ventilation blows directly onto my throat and nose due to the Room layout, and since staying at Iidabashi my throat has not felt well. Even in the middle of summer, I tried turning off the air conditioner, but it didn’t help. The Room layout itself seems exactly the same as Rooms I have stayed in many times before and never found bothersome; however, the Room photos on the Reservation screen appear to show a slightly different layout, so I wondered if there are Rooms with a different setup. I would like to stay again during exam season as well, so I hope you can improve this. Another thing I noticed compared with other locations is that it feels slightly far from the station—crossing Sotobori-dori is more tiring than expected. The desk is large and easy to use, amenities are well stocked, Wi‑Fi works at other Via Inn properties once set up once, the staff will handle check-in even if you don’t use the self check-in machine, and having an Inageya next door makes Iidabashi very convenient. I will stay with you again.

This is a very comfortable Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

My first visit to Arima Onsen was just to stop by a famous hot spring, but this Accommodation was wonderful and made me want to come back. The water was soft and soothing, and the meals were excellent—carefully selected ingredients, thoughtfully prepared dashi, and delicious sea bream rice. The attendant not only served the meals but also laid out the futon, and their dedicated service left a lasting impression.

I can only describe it with simple words like wonderful smiles and warm hospitality, but the harmony of Thai and Kyoto culture near Kyoto Station was truly impressive. Not over the top or intrusive—just right, and exactly as expected. It made me want to come back again soon. The autumn-leaves sushi was exquisite.

Thanks to booking through IKYU, we received several perks, which we truly appreciated. The pool is all-weather, so we could play safely without worrying about sunburn or rain. While the Facility shows some age, it is a wonderful piece of architecture and has been carefully maintained, allowing us to stay comfortably. Through the activities, we were able to see our children full of energy—an ideal setting for a family trip.

This was my second stay. Since I was traveling with an elderly person, the direct access from the station was very convenient. All the staff were kind and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I looked forward to it every morning. The Room was spacious enough and very clean. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I was able to relax! I went to Sapporo for a bit of self-discovery. While exploring, I looked into the city’s history—riding the streetcar and even doing a full loop... My Plan depended on the weather and how much energy I had. The exterior is not flashy, but the Room was spacious and very clean. Even the smoking room had a sofa, which was wonderful! I also used the Onsen at an affiliated Hotel—only 600 yen, and it was a great bath. There’s also a convenience store along the way, which is very handy! Shingen Ramen has opened too, so it was lively. I’ll stay here again.

I stayed here while attending a relative’s memorial service. This was my second year in a row staying here. The front desk staff were pleasant, and the meals were delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will stay here again when I visit Okayama.

My biggest concern was that the Hotel had been renovated. When I looked into its history, I learned it is a building with real historical value. I felt vaguely uneasy at first, but reading the Reviews put my mind at ease. I was also curious about what “EM” meant, but I didn’t look it up and figured I’d find out once I arrived. After making my Reservation, I started noticing that “fermentation” is surprisingly common in everyday life. I hadn’t had many chances to stay here before, but this time I decided to book a stay. It was far more comfortable than expected, and staying here was absolutely the right choice. The view from the Room was amazing—because it’s on higher ground, you can see far into the distance. I could even see the expressway I usually drive on without thinking about it, and beyond that, there was a view of the sea. The Room is cleaned using EM as well, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. What impressed me most was the food. It wasn’t just an ordinary buffet; everything seemed thoughtfully designed with health in mind, and EM is used too—I genuinely felt refreshed from within. The dishes also had a wonderful homemade quality, and every item tasted great with real ingredients you could appreciate. It almost makes me regret not coming sooner. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with no crowds, so I could unwind at my own pace. It soothed both body and mind. What surprised me most was how warmly each staff member welcomed guests. They supported one another as a team and treated guests with simple, genuine consideration. Unlike many other Hotels where service can feel formal or scripted, their hospitality felt truly personal—and that made all the difference. This stay was so wonderful that it’s a Hotel where I definitely want to return. If you’re unsure about booking Accommodation here, I highly recommend experiencing it at least once.

I’m a returning guest. The five open-air baths are truly outstanding. The food is delicious, and it’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again.

It’s closer than staying in the city center, and if you Reserve early, the price feels reasonable. This was my second stay, and I booked a Multiple Night Stay with breakfast included. There is a Jonathan’s on-site. The staff are very friendly, with great greetings and service. I recommend the breakfast plan. I will Reserve again next time.

The Room was on the 7th floor and had a great view. It was clean and well maintained, and I was able to relax very much. The large public bath was also very nice, but I think it would be perfect with a more accurate explanation. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, and the service, variety of dishes, and taste were all very satisfying. I think this is a Hotel you’ll want to stay at again.

It was conveniently located relatively close to Kokura Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was also clean. Breakfast was at 6:30, and since I checked out before 7:00, I couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.
