My son stayed here during a trip to Chiba. Because this Hotel is located very close to the Chiba Park Exit of Chiba Station, I felt comfortable letting him stay there. He was very satisfied with the pillow rental service that lets you choose a pillow that suits you, the welcome drink bar at check-in, the large Onsen bath, and the delicious breakfast. Considering the price for this level of service, I felt it offered outstanding value for money. I’d like to stay here myself someday. Thank you!

We arrived right at the last dinner seating time, but at check-in they kindly moved our reservation to a later time without us even asking. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you very much. The dining staff were all truly wonderful—polite, friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. When we mentioned how good the rice was, one of the staff members told us it was grown by their family. You could really feel how carefully it had been raised, and we were genuinely happy to be able to enjoy such rice. This was our first trip to Ibaraki Prefecture, and it became a very special memory. I don’t think I will ever forget the staff’s faces. The housekeeping staff also always greeted us whenever we passed by. It is a very comfortable hotel to stay in.\nThe complimentary Saza Coffee service was also a delightful touch of hospitality.\nWaking up early and being able to see the sunrise is another wonderful memory for us.

First, I was truly impressed by the hospitality. Upon arrival, they greeted me by name, which made me feel very welcome. The Japanese-style room was spacious and spotless. There was even a homemade dessert in the refrigerator. The bath water quality was amazing—silky and smooth—and it left my skin feeling incredibly soft. My dry skin actually improved during my stay. Both dinner and breakfast were lavish, and I enjoyed a full feast. It honestly felt like the best hospitality imaginable. I definitely want to come again!

Although the building is old, it was clean, and it was a comfortable Hotel where you can use the bath at any time. The downside is that Wi‑Fi cannot be used in the Room. Since it is in the mountains, mobile reception is weak and the connection is poor. The road to the Hotel is poorly paved, and I felt it could be a bit dangerous after dark.

I was attending a live tour and the venue is far from home, so I decided to look for Accommodation nearby. This time, I chose to stay at Art Park Hotel right next to the venue—Done. On the online map it was listed under the previous Hotel name, so I was a bit confused at first, but I’m glad I was able to make a Reservation without any issues. As the name suggests, it’s a Hotel with art on display throughout the building. I also received some beautiful art postcards. [Art is displayed in the Hotel.] It was truly right next door and very convenient. Parking was free as well. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been even better for me if there had been an Onsen or a large public bath… but that can’t be helped. The front desk staff greeted me and assisted me with smiles. Breakfast was delicious too. It was just one night and two days, but thank you for taking care of me.

We enjoyed delicious cuisine and the Onsen, making for a fun and wonderful summer vacation. The 30-tatami Room we used for the first time was also impressive. We also enjoyed Aizu’s local specialties, including Kozuyu and dried cod (bo-dara).

I stayed solo for two nights this time. It was so good that I regret not coming sooner. First of all, the food was delicious. Hot dishes were served on properly warmed plates, and dessert came on a chilled plate. The tableware and presentation were beautiful as well. The pacing of the meal service was just right, so I never felt like I had too much time on my hands as a solo guest, which I really appreciated. All drinks being complimentary is also a great perk for those who enjoy alcohol. To get between the villa building and the main building (with the large public bath and restaurant), you need to step outside briefly. I saw some reviews saying it’s far and inconvenient, but for me it was wonderful—I enjoyed watching the koi in the courtyard pond, and in the evening listening to autumn insects. It made for a very lovely time. One small disappointment was that the hot spring water supply to the in-room open-air bath stopped during the night, so when I tried it at dawn, the water had cooled down. Around 6:00 a.m., hot water started running again. Personally, I would love to have a bathrobe in rooms with an open-air bath. I’d be happy even if it were available as a paid rental. All in all, I was extremely satisfied. Everyone on staff was very kind, and it felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would love to return again—thank you very much.

The pool was beautifully illuminated at night. At check-in, I wasn’t asked which morning newspaper I preferred, but the next morning a Yomiuri was delivered. I wondered if it is now limited to one paper. For dinner, we went out on the first day and went to Touen on the second day. Not having to worry about meals was wonderful. We were able to relax very much. Thank you.

I stayed overnight near Kinshicho and Kameido in Tokyo, and after searching for a Hotel, I chose this one because it was close to the station, included breakfast, and was reasonably priced. It is directly connected to the метро, and JR is about 200 meters away, so it’s very convenient. I stayed on the Tokyo Skytree side, and it looked as if the Tokyo Skytree was right in front of me through the window. It was especially beautiful at night and really impressive. I booked a standard twin Room, and having the bath and toilet separated felt like great value for the price. Amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, coffee, tea, etc.) are picked up at the front desk. Sleepwear, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the Room. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet style and very tasty. Most guests went back for seconds several times. Overall I was satisfied, but check-in took a little over 30 minutes. Since many people line up from 3:00 p.m., I felt you need to allow plenty of time. That was my only negative point. Considering the price, this is a Hotel I would choose.

I stayed for two nights after a long time. On the second night, I had the “Shinpu” course dinner at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent when I visited before, and that memory stayed with me—this time was just as satisfying. The dishes were truly delicious and outstanding, and the service was also impressive with wonderful hospitality. Maintaining such high quality in both cuisine and service must take great effort, but thanks to you, I was able to make another great new memory. Thank you to the chef and all the staff. Thank you as well to everyone outside the restaurant. I would love to stay again.

Thank you again for a wonderful stay. This was our first drive in our new car and also our first stay at Gora Kadan, but we were met with heavy rain. Even so, thanks to the warm welcome from all the staff, your help with loading and unloading our luggage, and your thoughtful care for my mother-in-law, all of our worries disappeared and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay. We sincerely appreciate your attentive hospitality. We would love to stay again.

As always, we had a relaxing stay. No matter how many times we visit, the service from the front desk and restaurant staff is consistently excellent. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr./Ms. Y from the reservations team for kindly accommodating our various requests in advance. We will stay again.

I have stayed here every summer for nearly 10 years, and it is truly a wonderful Hotel. Each time I visit, my satisfaction increases. Everywhere in the Hotel is beautiful and spotless, the hospitality is exceptional, and every dish is a delightful surprise. I would like to stay here in other seasons as well.

The view of Lake Toya and the garden from the large glass-walled lobby was beautiful. The staff were attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. Their thoughtful hospitality—rare to find in Japanese Hotels—was outstanding. There were Halloween decorations throughout the property as well. We would love to stay again!

We have stayed here every September for about the past five years. We are very satisfied with the more-than-accommodating service for our requests, the wonderful view from the Room, the excellent meals, and the baths. We would like to visit again next year.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. I didn’t have high expectations for the Club Lounge food, but the selection was slightly different from the previous day, and I was happy to see that they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights. That said, since it’s a Club Lounge, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t an afternoon tea service—it would have made the experience feel more complete. Since this is Kagoshima, I would have liked to see some local sweets (for example, purple sweet potato meringues or Kastadon). That part was disappointing. Sheraton always keeps the Room thoroughly cleaned and spotless. It’s my favorite Hotel. However, I didn’t like that the toothpaste in the amenities had been changed to paper packaging—it was inconvenient to use.

This is my fifth visit. The Tenkaimi Hot Spring here is simply outstanding. No matter how many times I come, the breathtaking view moves me every time. The water temperature is set so you can soak for a long time, and as you sit in the bath gazing at the scenery, you can feel your everyday fatigue melt away. I love lying back in the reclining bath at the far end and relaxing with an infinity-like feeling, as if I’m soaking right into the sea. This is an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again as soon as I get home.

I’ve stayed here so many times I’ve lost count. It’s a Hotel that always makes me feel calm and at ease. This time I debated between Shigira and a large Hotel on Kurima Island, but in the end I chose Tokyu. I’m glad I came to Tokyu. The staff also seem to work together so well, and I really liked that too. Please keep up the great work!!!

We were completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the meals, and the Onsen! We truly appreciated all the accommodations made for my nephew’s allergies. The kids also found lots of stag beetles and made wonderful summer vacation memories. It looks like this will become an annual tradition.

The air inside the Hotel, the quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness of the Room, the fresh air, and the convenience of the Facility—everything was excellent.
