This was my first time trying ramen. They offered salt and soy sauce flavors, and I chose the soy sauce. The portion size was just right, and it was very delicious. It was also a big help that my friend could leave our luggage before check-in. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again next time.

I chose this place because the breakfast looked appealing. The Room was on the top floor and close to the bath, so I was very satisfied. As the Reviews said, you need to go early for breakfast or you’ll have to wait in line, but the food was delicious. The bath was a bit disappointing due to the crowds, and the changing area was small, so we had to take turns getting changed.

This was my first time staying here. I’d been curious for a while, and it was just as I expected—I really liked it. The building may not be brand-new, but perhaps it has been renovated; I had no inconveniences at all. The meals and the bath were both very relaxing. If my schedule allows, I’d like to visit again later this year for about two nights, and I look forward to staying with you again then.

The property has a distinctive design, with no TV in the room and rather dim lighting... It allowed us to experience a different pace of time than usual. We booked dinner separately, and the food was exceptionally delicious. The timing and pacing of each course were perfect, and we truly enjoyed everything—from the tableware to every dish. It’s a place that made us want to stay again in a different room. We definitely feel it’s well worth choosing for both the accommodation and the cuisine. The calm hospitality and service also left a lasting impression. It was time spent enjoying peace and quiet.

We stayed as a family with children, split across three Rooms. During Silver Week, many people were heading to Kinosaki Marine World, and since there is only one road to the parking area, there was severe traffic congestion. Even though we were nearby, we couldn’t move forward for a while and were worried about what would happen. Later, thanks to staff guidance, we were able to reach the front of the Hotel and felt relieved. At that moment, I truly felt glad we had made a Reservation at Kinparo. For dinner, they prepared a private dining Room so all three families could eat together. Even with small children moving around, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other guests, and we could enjoy our meal at ease. Our child had an accident during the meal, but the staff handled it kindly and professionally—we are very grateful. The Room was spacious, and it was comfortable to relax in the Tokijiku Lounge and visit The Walrus Club as well—the open spaces made for a very pleasant stay. The view from the Hotel was wonderful, and all of the staff provided courteous service. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in a detached annex. The website said “indoor bath type,” and there were no photos, so we expected a regular bath—but it pleasantly exceeded our expectations. I really think you should post photos of that bath on the website! We originally planned to use the open-air bath, but ended up using the in-room bath the whole time (lol). Also, I believe it was fully booked, yet while we were in our Room we couldn’t hear any voices or noise from other guests at all. You can definitely feel its age, but as a Ryokan it had everything we were looking for. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous in portion size. In particular, I made a Reservation for the half steamed chicken at dinner and it was quite an experience (in a good way). From the website photos I (wrongly) imagined a bone-in thigh, but it truly was “half.” It was very tasty, but you’ll need to save room in your stomach (especially women). When we asked, they even prepared the leftover steamed chicken so we could eat it in our Room! All staff members were wonderful—everyone was pleasant and welcoming. This quiet mountain Ryokan fulfilled everything I wanted: simply enjoying the Onsen and great food. Thank you very much.

The quality of the Hotel is good, comparable to other Comfort Hotels. For breakfast, I enjoyed the local dish Torigobo (chicken and burdock). Breakfast times are assigned by ticket, so I appreciated being able to eat quietly. The day after my stay, I headed out to sightsee in Hagi. The bus terminal is nearby, which is very convenient.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and welcoming.\nWe stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room.\nHowever, the seat of the desk chair in the room was dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it.\nBreakfast was very delicious.\nI would like to stay here again.

The rainy early-summer weather had me feeling down, but the front desk staff’s courteous service lifted my spirits. It was a shame that there was almost no view from the room window. Breakfast didn’t offer a wide variety, but the rice was excellent and the side dishes were surprisingly delicious. One disappointing point was the smell of the shower curtain… Maybe it can’t be helped during the rainy season?

I stayed at this Hotel for the first time recently, and it was truly a wonderful stay. Above all, the ocean view from the Room window was amazing, and I enjoyed the luxury of waking up to the sound of the waves in the morning. The jacuzzi in the Room was also very relaxing and helped soothe my travel fatigue. I also appreciated having drinks such as coffee provided in the Room. The food was delicious as well—especially breakfast, which was carefully prepared dish by dish like a course meal, and I was impressed by how it showcased so many wonderful flavors from Shimane. The staff’s hospitality was warm, and I was completely satisfied with the views, cuisine, and service. It was a fantastic Hotel that made me want to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay at Dormy Inn, inspired by the thoroughly well-designed service system I experienced this summer when staying at La Vista Kirishima, part of Kyoritsu Resort Group. I arrived too early and had important luggage, so I couldn’t leave; it was very kind of the staff to tell me about their early check-in option (1,000 yen). Rather than the enveloping sense of happiness you might get at a luxury city Hotel, I felt their Facilities and service system—meticulously designed for reliability, convenience, efficiency, and safety—were truly impressive. It is a remarkably attentive Hotel.

The Hotel was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. The French toast at breakfast was especially delicious. The view from the window was also great. The bathroom sink area felt a bit small. It would have been even better if there were a small shelf or table to place a pouch or toiletries. I appreciated having drinks available 24 hours a day, and the price was affordable. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We stayed for two nights and three days, and everything was absolutely satisfying. The service, facilities, room, and meals were all perfect. Thank you very much. The thoughtful touches—such as the fixed acrylic shower handle in the room and the carton-pack mineral water—were especially impressive.

Blessed with beautiful weather, we had a wonderful stay in an elegant sukiya-style setting. The welcome drink—Alain Milliat juice—was so delicious that we couldn’t resist having a second glass. The hotel’s signature lemon cake was also excellent, and we bought one as a souvenir. From both the room and the dining area, we enjoyed expansive ocean views stretching out to Hatsushima and Izu Oshima, creating a wonderfully open atmosphere. Dining while taking in such magnificent scenery was truly exceptional. My husband enjoyed the wine pairing, and thanks to the staff kindly adjusting my course portions to be smaller, I was able to savor every dish through to the end. They also packed the final dessert for takeaway in an adorable box, which was a thoughtful touch. The bath in our room felt like an open-air bath when we opened the window; with perfect weather, it was incredibly relaxing. With stunning views, delicious cuisine, and attentive hospitality throughout, it was a memorable stay that left us feeling refreshed. We would love to visit again.

As expected from the Grand. The mattress and pillows were great, and I slept very well.

Stayed on the 24th with breakfast included for two guests. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the parking was easy to find. It was wonderful that parking was only 500 yen no matter how many times we came and went. Tempur mattress and pillow; semi-double bed. We were able to relax comfortably. The welcome drink (apple juice) was delicious. We also appreciated the bath salts—such a thoughtful touch. Above all, the breakfast felt home-style and was delicious. All of the staff were excellent as well. Thank you very much.

Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and attentive, making my stay truly relaxing. Thank you very much. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, so I was able to stay comfortably.

• I’m very sorry for the late review. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness and support. I’ll be back again, and I look forward to staying with you next time!

The location was great, the Room was clean, and it was a good-value stay. The air conditioning was comfortable, and although the Room faced the tracks, the noise didn’t bother me much. The front desk staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious, but if I had to ask for more, I would have liked rice and miso soup. I’d be happy to stay again if I have the chance.

Great location, clean rooms, long opening hours for the large public bath, and a wide variety of food—very satisfying!
