We stayed here for the first time to celebrate our grandchild’s 3rd birthday. Since we also planned outings to the safari park and aquarium, we were amazed by how many hotel activities there were—three days wasn’t nearly enough! We stayed in the Sora Wing this time, and check-in at the front desk was smooth and pleasant. It was a perfect stay for our family. The meals exceeded our expectations as well. We enjoyed two dinners and two breakfasts without getting bored, and the kids especially loved the buffet—including ice cream for dessert. We simply didn’t have enough time lol. We’d love to visit again and fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

I stayed over the weekend. Check-in took a little time due to assisting other guests, but the staff handled everything courteously. Thanks to this site’s perk, my room was upgraded, and I was able to relax in a spacious setting. Even though it was a weekend stay, the hotel was quiet overall, and I truly enjoyed a peaceful hotel experience. I would definitely like to stay again.

I was truly moved by your warm hospitality. This is an inn I would love to visit again. Because it’s a bit far from central Tokyo, I had admired it for a long time but hesitated—however, having the chance to stay for two nights this time, I’m so glad I finally decided to come. Not only were the location surrounded by deep mountain nature and the atmosphere of the property wonderful, but the view from the famous standing bath was absolutely breathtaking. The cuisine and facilities exceeded my expectations, but what stayed with me most was the thoughtful care shown by all of your staff. When my mother became carsick on the way, you promptly guided her to our room and even handled check-in there; and when we brought a portrait of my late father to dinner, you kindly prepared a glass and even an appetizer for him as well—I was deeply touched. Thank you for such exceptional hospitality that truly warmed my heart. I will definitely return in another season.

This was my first time staying here, and I’m glad I got to enjoy so many extraordinary experiences. The coastal drive in a Rolls-Royce—my first time riding in one—and the nighttime laser message show were beautiful and truly moving. From the terrace, I was soothed by the view of the Pacific Ocean just beyond and the sound of the waves. The food was also delicious. All of the staff were friendly and very kind. I made my next Reservation during my stay, so I’m looking forward to coming back again. Thank you very much.

My first long-awaited trip to Hagi, and this Hotel stands in a quiet town. Nothing flashy—simply the best in the most classic way. Every dish was delicious, and all the staff were kind and charming; my spouse and I were truly impressed. The bath was excellent as well. Above all, everything was spotless and impeccably clean down to the smallest details. We also appreciated the warm send-off at departure.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

The in-room hot spring bath was free-flowing and wonderfully relaxing. The meals were very satisfying, and the staff were excellent, making our stay truly enjoyable. A few minor points we noticed are as follows: - It was described as a twin room, but strictly speaking it wasn’t two beds; instead, mattresses were laid out on a raised tatami area, which was a bit confusing at first. - We arrived by car, but the location of the inn’s entrance and parking lot, as well as directions from the parking area, were somewhat hard to understand. - If possible, we would have appreciated an 11:00 checkout instead of 10:00. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely like to return. Thank you very much.

Since I always end up going to Hokkaido, this was my first stay in Akita. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station for riding the Gono Line. Unfortunately, heavy rain caused the Gono Line to be suspended that day, but I’m truly glad I stayed here. All the staff were pleasant and attentive, with just the right sense of distance. The lounge had a very relaxing atmosphere, and both tea time and cocktail time were extremely satisfying. There were about 10 kinds of Akita local sake, and they mentioned that their recommendations keep increasing over time. They also offered shochu, draft beer, bottled beer, sparkling wine, wine, and more. Just as other Reviews said before my trip, everything was delicious—marinated fresh fish, chilled pork shabu-shabu, iburigakko with cheese, warm chicken dishes and fish dishes. A lady next to me said she has stayed here many times. It’s close to the station and you can get there without getting wet in the rain. I arrived at 1:00 p.m. planning only to leave my luggage, but they told me my Room was ready so I could check in early. After strolling around Kubota Castle Ruins and the park right in front of the Hotel, I went back to the station and bought a cute Akita dog T-shirt and tote bag for my grandchild. Breakfast also featured a lineup full of Akita specialties—kiritanpo and onigiri where you can choose both rice type and fillings—so it had been a while since I felt completely full from breakfast. There were still items I didn’t get to try yet, so I’ll be back again—and next time I’ll ride the Gono Line.

The property was very clean, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent buffet meals. Above all, I was thrilled with the all-you-can-drink beverages, including alcohol. I would definitely like to visit again.

Thank you for taking care of us during our summer trip to Shikoku. Before dinner, we were able to watch a live demonstration of straw-seared bonito, and it was truly delicious. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. We didn’t know until we arrived, but this is a historic and prestigious Accommodation, and every staff member who assisted us was courteous and attentive. We booked the guided walking stay Plan, and the next day we visited ponds associated with Ryoma Sakamoto while walking. The explanations were thorough, making it a truly memorable experience.

It was conveniently close—about a 90-minute trip from Osaka. The ocean view was amazing, and the scenery was outstanding. It didn’t feel old at all, and the staff were polite and attentive. Since we traveled with our children, they enjoyed table tennis, the pool, and more from check-in onward, and we had a great time staying inside the Hotel. The restaurant food was also excellent, and when I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, a young female staff member at the restaurant gave her such thoughtful hospitality that we were truly moved. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much.

An excellent location just a 2-minute walk from Nakajima Koen Station. Beautiful views of Nakajima Park from the Room and a lovely view of the Hotel garden. Wonderful hospitality from the staff. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding. Everything exceeded my expectations.

We stayed here for a family trip. All of the staff were very welcoming, and we were truly impressed by the complimentary free-flow drinks service. The meals were just the right amount—not too much—and we enjoyed everything to the last bite. The sashimi in particular was outstanding! The Onsen water quality was excellent, and with the clear autumn weather that day, we felt completely refreshed in the open-air bath. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but the only disappointment was the Wi‑Fi. The signal was extremely weak in the guest rooms, lobby, and all common areas, and it wasn’t usable in practice. Mobile reception was also poor in this location, so the weak Wi‑Fi felt like a serious issue; I regret that I couldn’t get my work done during our stay. Other than that, we were very satisfied with the service, food, and baths, and we hope the Wi‑Fi will be improved. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here, and it was a truly comfortable, relaxing, and wonderful hotel. All of the staff were very kind and pleasant as well. The room felt clean and cozy, with a great view. It also had a lanai where I could enjoy coffee and unwind. Above all, the hot spring baths and breakfast were amazing. The hot spring water was excellent, and the breakfast buffet used plenty of local ingredients—it was truly delicious. It really was a fantastic hotel. From the Room balcony, we had a panoramic view of Shirahama Beach, the ocean, and the town—an unbeatable location. The Room was spacious and truly relaxing. The Hotel itself was lovely, and having a nice smoking room was a real plus for smokers. In the evening, we enjoyed delicious cocktails at the bar counter, and with live piano music it made for a wonderfully comfortable time. The view from the large public bath was also amazing—you can look down over the sea, and the ocean breeze felt incredibly refreshing. Dinner was an Italian course meal and everything was delicious. The breakfast buffet was great too, with both Japanese and Western options. The Hotel also has a pool and a gym, and it’s close to Shirahama World Safari and golf courses—perfect for families with children as well as golf lovers. It was such a wonderful Hotel that we’ll definitely want to visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and when we arrived, our room had been upgraded. 　It was a corner room on the 8th floor with an amazing view of Matsumoto Castle right in front of us. The room was spacious, and the bed was a luxurious canopy bed. It was very comfortable. 　The breakfast venue was also gorgeous, set in the former Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank building with chandeliers. While there weren’t many items, each dish used carefully selected local ingredients and everything was delicious. I especially loved the salad dressing (wasabi soy sauce dressing). When I asked a staff member about it, someone knowledgeable came over and shared detailed information about the shop. That staff member also told us various things about Azumino—such as roadside stations we planned to visit that day and local specialties—so we had a really enjoyable conversation. One of the best parts of traveling is interacting with local people, so I’m glad we were able to talk about so many things. The only downside was that one corner of the sofa armrest in the room was torn, which was disappointing.

The bath, the meals, and the hospitality were all perfect. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

No wonder so many guests rate this Ryokan so highly!! The staff were simply wonderful, and I was impressed from the very start of the morning. Although the staff member assisting us was not Japanese, the explanations were clear and made us excited for the day right away. The half-buffet offered nothing but delicious choices, and we loved being able to grill items over charcoal at our own table. We were completely satisfied from breakfast onward! Even after checkout, they saw us off with warm smiles—this has become one of the Ryokan we definitely want to visit again. Thank you to all the staff.
