As a woman staying one night, I made a same-day Reservation for the Hotel’s last available Room—a smoking single. Because the price was low, I was worried it might not be great, but the Room was clean, didn’t smell, and the Facility were well equipped, which made me very happy. What pleased me most was breakfast the next morning. I overslept and arrived right before closing when no other guests were there, but the staff kindly asked if I wanted refills of rice or miso soup, which meant a lot to me. I ordered a Japanese set meal, and it was delicious—I was very satisfied. The value for money was excellent, and I’d like to stay again. When I visit Chitose again, I will definitely use this Hotel. I also had coffee at the front desk the next morning—it was tasty—and when I left, the receptionist told me to take care as well. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. I chose the corner Room with a shower booth again because I really like it. It was spacious, and I was able to relax and stay comfortably. For dinner, I chose Chinese cuisine. Since I can’t eat that much, I went with a smaller course. It included an appetizer, chili shrimp, mapo tofu, fried rice, soup, and some light dim sum. To be honest, I was surprised at how unexpectedly delicious it was. Is it seasoned to suit Japanese tastes? Breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my mother, who is 90 years old. 1. All the staff were very kind, and we had a comfortable stay. 2. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including beef grilled on a lava stone plate, sashimi, fugu sashimi, and fried shrimp—everything was excellent and very satisfying. 3. The bath was very spacious and we fully enjoyed the Onsen, but it would have been even better if there had been a rock seat suitable for half-body bathing. 4. The building and our Room had been renovated, and everything was well cleaned and maintained—very nice overall. 5. Overall: This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

My long-awaited trip to Ibusuki finally came true, and I had the pleasure of staying at Ibusuki Shusuien. Everything was outstanding: the warm and attentive service from the staff, the historic atmosphere of this long-established Ryokan, spotless guest rooms, free-flowing Onsen straight from the source, and delicious meals. (I’ve stayed at a few Hotels on my limited travels, but this became an unforgettable Ryokan for me.) It was so wonderful that I honestly wondered if someone as young as me deserved to stay at such a great Ryokan. My only regret is that I felt unwell during my stay and couldn’t finish my meal. (I truly feel terrible about it...) Please let me make up for it when I stay again...! I’m still savoring the afterglow of what was, even understatedly, an incredible stay—and I feel like other Hotels might pale in comparison (lol). It was truly a luxurious time. If you ever visit Ibusuki, please do yourself a favor and stay here. I’ll say it again: it’s amazing!

I was able to relax deeply in the Japanese-style Room. The indoor bath and open-air bath in the Room were wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the staff were very pleasant—overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

I was worried about the heat, but the temperature dropped at just the right time, making for a very pleasant stay. There was no mention of it at check-in, but it seems our Room was upgraded, and I was truly impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The afternoon tea and breakfast were also excellent, and we were very satisfied. All of the staff were extremely kind, so we could stay comfortably. I definitely want to stay here again. We stayed at the very end of summer vacation, and everything was wonderful—the meals, the baths, the renovated Room, and the excellent service from all staff. During meals, we often saw how thoughtfully they looked out for our young children, and the front desk staff were also very kind, making our stay truly pleasant. We had almost given up on using the pool because of the rain, but it cleared up on checkout day, so we were able to fully enjoy both the pool and the slide—our kids were thrilled. Thank you as well to the staff member watching over the pool for regularly skimming leaves and sharing helpful information. It was a perfect way to end summer vacation, and our whole family is very satisfied with these great memories. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

A one-night trip with three friends. On the day of our stay, they picked us up at the station regardless of our arrival time, and after checkout they stored our luggage and later drove us back to the station after sightseeing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, we were able to relax in the Onsen, and the Room was spacious—making it a truly wonderful trip. This is an Accommodation we would love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

As a truly secluded Onsen, the drive to get there was challenging, but it was a wonderful Accommodation well worth the effort. Surrounded by abundant nature, even the wait for the cable car was enjoyable as we took in the gorge views and watched small birds. We also used the private bath first thing in the morning and were able to fully enjoy the Onsen while embraced by quiet nature—it was truly an exceptional moment. All of your staff are wonderfully international, and rather than striving for perfection, each person’s sincere, heartfelt work came through, which made us feel very warm inside. At dinner, you kindly changed our table to a window seat, and we enjoyed delicious dishes along with the beautiful scenery. My European husband was also very satisfied. Next time, we would love to return during the autumn foliage or snowy season. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

I stayed here on my first solo trip after turning fifty. Although I didn’t stay long, everything was thoughtfully taken care of and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet after a walk to Nanzen-ji Temple was especially wonderful. Thank you very much.

On the second night of our Multiple Night Stay, only a Japanese-style Room was available, so we changed Rooms. Even our heavy suitcases and lots of souvenirs were moved by the staff, which really impressed me. It was my first time staying in this Japanese-style Room, and it had the charming atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and toilet were new, so we had a very comfortable stay. I think it’s a perfect Room for families. The Room was so spacious that I could even do yoga. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, and they kindly stored our luggage until the afternoon when we left Ogaki, which was very helpful. I would love to stay again next time. We stayed for three nights during the Obon holiday. It was a very pleasant space, and we are grateful to the staff. If I had to mention one point, it would be the mattress. Our family uses a health roll, so we may simply be used to a firmer feel. However, at an Accommodation in Hakone in June, we slept comfortably with Airweave and Nishikawa bedding. It is conveniently located near the bus center and dining area. We would love to stay again.

Even though it was the day of the Gion Festival Yamaboko Junko parade and there were many guests, I had a comfortable stay. I went to the Onsen early, so it wasn’t crowded and I could relax. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would like to stay again.

This was my first stay in about a month and a half. As always, the Room was clean, and it was a calm, relaxing space. They also provided welcome drinks—coffee and lemon water—which I enjoyed. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, and everything was delicious. The rice had been changed to white rice, and I was able to enjoy it freshly cooked at just the right time. When I asked, I was told they use a branded rice from Gifu. The fluffy, freshly cooked rice was excellent. The side dishes were also plentiful. They even had my favorite nikujaga; the balance of potatoes and meat was very good, and it tasted great. The salad was served fresh as well and was delicious. The fruit served with the yogurt was also fresh. Refills were brought out quickly, so I was very satisfied with the breakfast overall. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, which really lifted my spirits after a tiring day at work. This summer I stayed at various Comfort Inn affiliated Hotels. While the meals vary by Hotel, every Comfort Inn affiliated Hotel has been a calm and relaxing place to stay. Now I choose only Comfort Inn affiliated Hotels when deciding where to stay. The greenery in the parking lot is also well maintained; not only inside the building but throughout the entire property, everything is well cared for at this Hotel.

The food was delicious, the free drinks were great, and we could watch the fireworks right in front of us—it was amazing. Thank you very much. If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

Our two Miniature Dachshunds had a great time running freely in the spacious dog run. The indoor areas were also dog-friendly throughout, and the owner kindly told us not to worry if anything got dirty, which really put us at ease. It rained unfortunately at night, but thanks to the covered area we could still enjoy a barbecue. The complimentary breakfast clam pasta was also delicious. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and try the wood-burning stove and a campfire. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

It was the weekend right before the Obon holidays, so every Accommodation was expensive and I was looking for somewhere affordable. Since it was cheap, I didn’t have high expectations, but it was clean, the shampoo and other amenities were POLA, the room size was just right for a solo stay, and I was satisfied with the breakfast curry and bread. I was able to park at a nearby parking lot for only 600 yen. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again when I visit Kitakyushu. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying for one night. There were three women in one Room, and an extra bed was provided. The Room was clean and comfortable. I was very happy that there is a large public bath on the top floor. All the staff were kind and very pleasant. It’s also very close to Kamaishi Station, so I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

We thoroughly enjoyed the silky Yuda Onsen. We also chose the BBQ for dinner, and everything was delicious (beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, etc.). The Matsuri sauce in particular was outstanding—we bought three bottles to take home. We stayed in a Japanese-style room; it was spacious, and the futon was comfortable, so we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

We drove from Chiba. As an older couple, we chose this Onsen Accommodation so we could leave at a relaxed pace and truly unwind. It was a wonderful place that exceeded our expectations. The detached Room, the bath, and the meals were all outstanding. The meal included an impressive number of dishes, but each portion was thoughtfully sized, so even we were able to finish everything. The next day, we enjoyed the gentle Onsen three times and headed home unhurriedly. This is now on our list of places we definitely want to visit again.
