We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time, we stayed to coincide with my eldest son and grandchild coming home. And on the day we checked out, we went ahead and made a Reservation for the following month to coincide with my second son coming home. In any case, we were completely satisfied with everything.

The seafood-focused meal prepared for my partner, who can’t eat meat, was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed both the taste and the generous portions. Thank you very much. The hot spring water was also pleasantly soft and wonderful.

I missed the last bus after working late and arrived around 10:30 PM. In the city there were still buses at that time, but I couldn’t make it. The sauna was fully booked, so I looked for a budget option and found this place near the station. Even though it was a triple Room, it was cheaper than APA. They had tea, ice, water, and a teapot set, which was very convenient. It also helped that I could borrow a phone charger at the front desk. They offer a breakfast buffet, so I’d like to try it next time. It smelled great, and if I’d had time I would have eaten it. Recommended. It’s nice that you can drink shochu inside until late at night. I’ll come again—thank you.

We stayed here as a couple in early August. The Hotel had been renovated, and it felt both new and clean while still retaining a nostalgic charm—an unusual and memorable atmosphere. The large public bath also had an authentic open-air bath, which was very relaxing, and we enjoyed the lavish breakfast as well. It was a little disappointing that the basic skincare set provided was somehow only for one person, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at this Hotel for the first time after wanting to for a long time. I stayed in a Room with a terrace, and it was spacious enough to relax comfortably on the terrace or sofa. The Room was also kept very clean, which I was happy with. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay again.

Affordable, steps from the beach, with Shuttle Service to the airport. There is also a pool, and amenities are well stocked. This Hotel is comfortable for everyone—families, couples, and solo travelers. I’ll definitely stay again.

This was our first time staying in Sengokuhara. The interior of the building felt darker than we expected. It felt very private, and we did not encounter any other guests at all during our stay. The meals were just the right amount for us and were very delicious. Above all, the in-Room Onsen was wonderful, and we enjoyed it many times. Having steps installed inside the bathtub made it very easy to use for someone with mobility issues. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. Thank you for all your thoughtful care and attention. We will look forward to staying again and will get through our daily life with that in mind.

I had visited before for a day trip, but this was my first overnight stay, fully expecting peak Obon pricing. Since it’s an Onsen Ryokan, I assumed the guest rooms would be Japanese-style, but unlike the shared areas with samurai armor and other traditional touches, my Room was a stylish and relaxing Western-style space. I also appreciated the in-room coffee machine service. Above all, the baths were outstanding. The alkaline water left my skin feeling wonderfully smooth. There were three beautiful private baths, and after 9:00 p.m. they could be used freely without a Reservation. Perhaps because many families with children were staying, it was quiet late at night—so I tried them all. Including the large public bath, every bath was at just the right temperature; no matter how many times I soaked, I never felt overheated or unwell, and I truly enjoyed Onsen to the fullest. There are several Accommodation options in Nakagawa Onsen, but when it comes to bath management—including temperature control and cleanliness—I feel an Onsen Ryokan is still the best. We also enjoyed table tennis, and even after checkout they kindly let us use the large public bath area as a place to change after playing in the river. They were also very flexible and extremely kind regarding Shuttle Service arrangements and other requests. Thank you very much.

Despite booking on short notice, we found a wonderful Accommodation. In response to our request for consideration regarding parking, you contacted us immediately, and we truly appreciate your exceptionally prompt support—something we rarely experience even after staying at many Accommodations. The amenities were excellent, and the two of us were already talking about visiting again soon. We hope to build a long and positive relationship with you.

We stayed here on our way to Osaka, and the lakefront was just a short walk away—our grandchildren were happier than we expected. The adults were also satisfied because the meals were delicious. However, there were only a few washing stations in the large public bath, and we were surprised to see so many people waiting. Perhaps it was because there were many families during summer vacation. It was not something we often see elsewhere.

We stayed for one night and two days. After passing Kurokawa Onsen, the Accommodation appeared quietly tucked away. Inside was very clean with an elegant atmosphere. The Room had tatami flooring and a bright, stylish design. It seemed everyone was spending a relaxing time in their Rooms. The open-air bath was spacious, and no matter when we went in, we had it all to ourselves—such a luxurious time. The water quality was excellent, and we were very satisfied. The meals were well balanced and truly delicious. Since it is not in an Onsen town, this Accommodation is recommended for those who want to rest and relax at the Accommodation.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

I was looking for a Hotel around Lake Toya where I could stay with my dog, and chose this Hotel— it was truly an outstanding experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that although you should be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the bath, the outside view was blocked for privacy reasons. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay with our dog. I would love to visit again!

I stayed at this Hotel after returning from the Awa Odori festival. I watched Awa Odori from paid seating, and before I could even enjoy the afterglow, I headed to the bus stop—only to find there was just one bus per hour. On top of that, people rushed on without lining up, and after being jostled on a packed bus, I arrived at the Hotel exhausted. The front desk staff welcomed me without showing any displeasure, and I slept soundly until morning! Breakfast was inexpensive yet delicious, with a wide variety of items. The massage chairs were also free to use, so I could relax with a massage until it was time to leave. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

It was pleasant that everything—from the lobby and hallways to inside the elevator—was covered with tatami mats. Right after check-in, we were welcomed with cold matcha tea, which was a nice touch. Both breakfast and dinner were served in a private room across the hallway. The simmered kinki (rockfish) was especially delicious. The staff were also very attentive. I think it would have been perfect if face towels were provided in the large public bath.

Conveniently located near Saito-Miyakonojo Station and Hiroguchi Bus Stop, making it easy to find. The building is new, and the rooms and facilities are very clean. The "Tabibito no Yu" on the first floor is a natural Onsen, very clean with a large bath where you can relax and unwind. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options with a good variety and delicious taste. Within a 5-minute walk, there are many izakayas (Japanese pubs) and yakiniku restaurants, so there's no need to worry about dinner. I visited an izakaya where I enjoyed Miyazaki beef, pork, and chicken at an incredible value not seen in Tokyo. If I have another chance to visit Miyakonojo, I would love to stay here again!

The Room was spacious and uncluttered, so it felt like pets wouldn’t be able to get into mischief. It also felt reassuring even with a baby. There was a large trash bin, and being able to throw everything away in one place was more convenient than having multiple small bins. Meals were great as well—BBQ was prepared for each Room, so we only had to grill. The meat was very delicious, and the rice had already been cooked in advance, which showed how thoughtfully everything is arranged. There is very little direct interaction with staff, but if you need anything and call, they come quickly and help. The in-Room bath was wonderful, and there is also a large public bath where you can enjoy different types of baths. The large public bath was almost private during our stay. Each Room also has a cart, making it easy to get to the large public bath. Driving the cart was a fun bonus. There are many insects outside, but measures are taken so they don’t get into the Room or onto the balcony, and there were none at all in the large public bath. A lot of insects fly around outdoors, but it’s impressive how well they prevent them from coming inside. Insect repellent is also provided, which made us feel fairly at ease. It’s an Accommodation I’d like to visit again—next time for a Multiple Night Stay.

I chose this Hotel for my trip to Nagasaki to visit Poké Lids, as it’s close to the Togitsu stamp spot, offers free parking, and includes breakfast. The front desk was staffed by two men who were polite and courteous, and it felt like a Hotel that has been loved for many years. The Room was simple; if I had to mention one thing, I wish the unit bath door opened the other way, but that can’t really be helped. I also liked that the gown was the pull-over type. It didn’t come open, so I could sleep comfortably. Breakfast was delicious as expected. There was a wide variety of items, and the staff regularly wiped tables and refilled dishes with great attention to detail. If I have another chance to come here by car, I’d like to stay here again. I visited Shibu Onsen during the quieter period just after the Obon holidays. It was a very clean Onsen Ryokan, with the Room, amenities, and baths all well maintained. The level of service was just right, and I had a comfortable stay. As for the meals, I thought the adult dishes were good, but I wish there had been more creativity in the children’s meals. They consisted of fried foods such as sausages, frozen chicken, and French fries, and my child hardly ate any of it.
