I stayed for one night with my partner. Dinner was served in the Room, and it was very luxurious. Plus, we were also provided with late-night snacks like inari sushi and fruits, which left us completely full! The open-air bath attached to the Room seemed to use natural hot spring water, as there were mineral deposits at the spout. Since it was a weekday, with discounts and Earn Points applied, the cost came to under 20,000 yen per person, making it very reasonable!

I made a Reservation under the No Meals Included Plan. It was great that we could enjoy coffee at the front desk and borrow card games and board games. The Room was spacious and didn’t feel cramped even with four beds. The toilet and shower are in separate areas, but both were very clean. One minor issue was that the hair dryer’s airflow was weak, so it took a long time to dry. It also vibrated a lot and made a rattling noise, which made it seem like it might break—this part was a bit disappointing.

They were able to accommodate a late-night stay, which was very helpful. The parking lot was also spacious, with plenty of room. The Room was a large corner Room with ample space. The location was right in front of the station and close to the expressway. I would like to stay here again.

Thank you for waiting for us even though we arrived late at night due to train delays. We made a Reservation with a breakfast-included Plan, and the portion size was just right for adults with a small appetite. While the building has a charming atmosphere, it was also a calm and clean Accommodation. In particular, the ceramics displayed throughout were all impressive, and we enjoyed taking our time to admire them. (They looked quite expensive, so families with energetic children may feel a bit nervous.) We would definitely like to stay again on our next trip to Beppu. Thank you very much.

It was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. All the staff were very courteous, and the Facility was clean—everything was excellent. This time, we chose the indoor BBQ dinner course. The portions were generous and we were very satisfied, but since breakfast was so stylish and delicious, next time I’d like to try the set-course dinner. We were truly satisfied.

I have stayed on Ishigaki Island several times, but this was my first time staying at Yadoya Takenoko. I had imagined a simple guesthouse, but the private, detached room gave me a great sense of privacy and was very nice. I had breakfast, and it was delicious. The homemade sata andagi that I ate while waiting for the boat was simple with just the right sweetness, and I finished it in no time.

You can stay in the former Soma family’s kura storehouse, a nationally designated Important Cultural Property. It was an amazing experience. Since we usually live surrounded by excessive information and stimulation, being in a room with no TV or clock makes time feel like it flows more slowly. The location is also perfect as a base for sightseeing. Having the staff show us around the former Soma family’s main house was full of surprises and really enjoyable. We also visited the recommended local food spots and were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

I stayed here to visit the Expo. Surprisingly close to the station, with Dotonbori and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The room was a separate type for 5 people. It was very simple but clean, with separate bath and toilet facilities, which was great. Several staff members were present even late at night, all of whom were polite and very kind. Although my stay was short at about 10 hours, I was very satisfied.

We stayed here to reunite with my son’s family from Osaka for the first time in a while. The weather turned out great, and we enjoyed the pleasant sea breeze, a stunning sunset, and plenty of nature—our kids were absolutely delighted. Collecting seashells on the beach, roasting marshmallows over a campfire, and fireworks made it a truly satisfying day. The staff member was very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated how kindly he treated the children. The BBQ meat and breakfast were both delicious. Thank you for such a wonderful time—we’d love to visit again if we have the chance.

Thank you for your hospitality. I wish you had told us in advance that a jubako box would be included with the buffet-style breakfast. I took too much of the delicious curry and couldn’t finish it—I regret it, haha.

Apart from the difficulty with the door code, which took four attempts to open despite entering the correct number, my stay was very satisfying. The welcome drinks were plentiful, and the breakfast, including homemade tofu and bread, was delicious. The luggage storage before check-in was smooth and helpful. I would like to use this service again when I visit Hakata.

Even if the building is a bit old, the warm hospitality more than makes up for it. The front desk staff even played along with my dad jokes. Above all, the slightly older lady at breakfast was cheerful and attentive—she made me feel like saying, “Alright, let’s do our best today!”

My spouse and I stayed with our miniature dachshund and chose the BBQ course. After arriving, we checked in at Bianco. We were then shown to our Room, and everything was explained carefully, including how the Room and the public Onsen work. You can buy a 24-hour pass for three public baths at Gozen-yu for 600 yen. We started with a soak at Gozen-yu, then took our dog for a walk around town before dinner. The atmosphere is lovely, but to be honest there aren’t really any tourist facilities like souvenir shops (lol). There are walking paths too, but we decided not to go into the mountains because we were worried about bears. Before dinner, they brought us the meat for the BBQ. A one-drink option is included, so I ordered a craft beer. The meal was more filling than expected and very tasty. One thing to note: you cook the rice yourself using a mess tin (camping-style pot), so it might feel challenging if it’s your first time—though I’m used to it as a camper. It felt less like staying at a Ryokan and more like casual glamping. Also, since you’re grilling as you eat, it’s not really a sit-down-and-relax style meal. After dinner we went to our second bath, Satsuki-yu. However, Arifuku Onsen is very hot, so you can’t soak for long. My wife tried to go for one more bath at Yayoi-yu before bed but ran out of time and ended up going back to Gozen-yu instead (open until 10 p.m.). In the morning we visited Gozen-yu again (open from 7 a.m.) before having breakfast bento boxes—those were great too. The Room was very clean, and best of all we could let our dog relax freely inside, which made us really happy. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance—next time I’d like to try dinner at Bianco as well.

It was a wonderful Ryokan with a rich sense of history and charm. Everything was well explained and carefully maintained, and the private Onsen was excellent. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

It’s affordable, clean, and there’s nothing to complain about. The light snack service is also a nice touch. I’ve stayed at several R9 locations, and they’re all new and comfortable. If they can keep this level of cleanliness even as time goes by, I’d love to keep using them.

I stayed for 2 days. The front desk staff was a foreign national, and we had some difficulty communicating in Japanese. Even on a Multiple Night Stay, housekeeping came every day, so the Room was kept clean and I was satisfied. There is a Belc supermarket and a convenience store nearby, which made shopping easy. I would like to stay here again.

I initially imagined a simple stay due to the Vacation Rental concept, but it turned out to be a very warm and lovely Hotel. The staff greeted us with smiles at the entrance, making the start of our trip pleasant. The Room had slightly simple flooring that echoed footsteps, but even with four family members using the beds, it felt surprisingly spacious without any sense of being cramped. The placement and size of the TV were perfect, naturally bringing our family together to enjoy quality time. Breakfast was served in a semi-buffet style with freshly baked baguettes and savory bacon that were absolutely delicious. The accompanying mayonnaise sauce and grilled vegetables were carefully prepared, making for a delightful morning meal. They also offer hamburgers and have evening service during winter. My husband commented that it was "a breakfast truly fitting for concluding our trip," looking very satisfied. We stayed during an Obon family trip, and the price was extremely reasonable, providing excellent value for money. It was an entirely satisfying stay in every aspect. We look forward to visiting again to enjoy that delicious breakfast once more. Thank you!

We stayed with four adults and two dogs. By the bedside, there were a cot bed for the dogs, pet pads, and dog diapers provided, which was very helpful. The meals were separated for dinner and breakfast and stored in the refrigerator, and instructions were included, so preparing them was easy. We were very satisfied with both the portion size and the taste! The hayashi rice was delicious. The sauna also got properly hot—very satisfying as well. Convenience stores and supermarkets are nearby, so it’s easy to buy extra drinks. We bought spiny lobster at Roadside Station Chikura, and it was great that the provided cookware and tableware were large enough to handle it easily. It was so comfortable that we relaxed until right before checkout—sorry we couldn’t tidy up much. It was a wonderful break for us (and our dogs). Even before our stay, your email communication was very courteous, which made us feel at ease. We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Second stay. This time, there was also a welcome drink service. We went to Sauna & Spa Namdaemun within a 10-minute walk. An early-morning walk followed by a morning bath. We took out bread from the 1st-floor restaurant/bakery to our Room. We will stay again.
