I contacted you several times by email, and your responses were excellent. When I reached out thinking I might have left something behind, you handled it politely, and I truly appreciate it. It said to use the self check-in machine, so I tried it, but it asked for my passport. I was confused and ended up being assisted at the counter. I wondered if this could have been done at the counter from the beginning. Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, towels and other items were prepared on the door handle for one day. However, although two of us were staying, there was only enough for one person—was that standard? The location was great, so I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your help.

The Onsen on the day I stayed was not crowded, so I was able to relax very much. The water temperature was not too hot, and I could soak at a leisurely pace. The Hotel feels a bit dated, but nothing bothered me. I would like to stay again.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the Room, as well as the Facility. I think it offers excellent value for money. Both the female and male front desk staff were efficient and courteous, which I really appreciated. It was perfect for a casual overnight stay. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Close to Nakasu’s nightlife district, yet quiet and relaxing. Simple and clean—everything experienced travelers need, and nothing more. With self check-in, a number-lock entry system, and only basic amenities, it may not suit guests expecting full service.

This long-awaited return visit after 10 years made for an unforgettable stay in every way. We will definitely be back again—please stay well until then.

The room was neither too spacious nor too small, just the right size for two adults. The room was also clean (though I noticed a long hair on the robe, which concerned me slightly). The bath was an open-air one, and while there were houses a bit further away that made me wonder if they could see in, there were adjustable automatic shutters. When fully lowered, they completely blocked the view from outside and kept out the cold air. Despite snow remaining from the previous day, we could enjoy a warm soak without feeling chilly. The temperature of the bath was just right for relaxing. Concerns: We chose a plan with in-room dining for our meals. However, after grilling meat during dinner, its smell lingered throughout the room until bedtime. While it might have been our oversight as well, future guests opting for this plan might want to keep their bedroom doors closed during meals to avoid this issue. It would be considerate if staff could mention this when serving meals or perhaps provide additional amenities like room sprays alongside air purifiers to enhance comfort further. That said, the meat was tender and delicious; other dishes were also very tasty with portions that felt just right. With free beer dispensers, ice cream machines, drinks in the fridge available at no extra cost, and even foot baths provided—this is overall a wonderful accommodation! Next time I’d love to visit again with my mother. Thank you for your hospitality!

It was a wonderful Accommodation. The hospitality and meals were excellent, and it was very comfortable; I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The original Onsen temperature was a bit high, so adjusting it each time was slightly inconvenient, but having both indoor and outdoor baths at this price is amazing. Truly luxurious! I also appreciated the massage chair. I had requested amenities and towels in advance, and they prepared plenty for me, including body lotion, which was very helpful.

I traveled to Nagasaki for a Golden Week getaway. Away from everyday life, I was able to fully enjoy a quiet, restorative retreat. The hospitality was truly exceptional—there was nothing to fault. The food was also outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the ingredients from Hirado, and every dish was delicious. It was my first time trying a morning sauna, and I could relax while watching the ever-changing sea view. At checkout, they even prepared drinks for our car ride home. It was my first time experiencing that kind of thoughtfulness, and I was genuinely moved. This Accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d love to stay again.

As this Accommodation has only just opened and there weren’t many Reviews yet, we arrived feeling a bit nervous, but we had a wonderful time with our dog. We chose the Plan with two meals included, and the BBQ dinner came with an amazing variety of ingredients: surf clams, whelks, whole grilled squid, atka mackerel, beef, pork, chicken, seasonal vegetables, plus soup curry to finish and even dessert—so we were completely full. There was plenty of food, but because it was simply seasoned with salt and pepper it felt light and let us fully enjoy the natural flavors. Since the BBQ is on the terrace, I recommend checking sunset time and setting your schedule accordingly. We started after dark this time and ended up having a BBQ in low light. Until we noticed there was a terrace lantern provided on the living room table, we did our best eating while lighting things up with our phone flashlight. In the morning they delivered a breakfast set to our Room, and we enjoyed a relaxing meal on the terrace while looking out at Mt. Komagatake. The salad, eggs, and milk were all delicious—an excellent menu that really let us savor Hokkaido’s bounty. The most moving part of this stay was the star-filled night sky. With no surrounding lights at all, countless stars spread across the entire sky—it was so beautiful we could have watched forever—and it became an unforgettable family memory. There is also a fireplace in the living room, so I’m sure it would be warm in winter with an equally wonderful view. We’d love to stay again. Every summer vacation, our three-generation family stays here. This year marked our third visit, and we had another wonderful stay. Thank you very much!

While planning our Golden Week trip, I happened to be drawn to the place name and this Accommodation’s name and made a Reservation. This is an Accommodation created by restoring a traditional old house, and this time we stayed in a Room renovated from a storehouse. Right after making the Reservation, I noted that we would have a wheelchair user, and I truly appreciated your courteous call in response. Thanks to that, we were able to arrive feeling at ease on the day. Staying in a storehouse was a first-time experience for us, and the delicious farm-to-table breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were wonderful. The great-value selection of wines was especially irresistible for wine lovers. I also loved how the original structure blends with the renovated elements—personally, I’m fond of glasswork and fittings—so this place was filled with delightful details. I also learned that “Roven,” the Accommodation’s name, refers to their signature roll cabbage dish being slowly finished in an oven. It was an exceptional dish that completely changed my idea of roll cabbage—I want to eat it again soon. Even though it was Golden Week with crowds and traffic everywhere, Otaki Town felt unhurried; it has that nostalgic “good old Japan” hometown atmosphere—a town where you can truly feel “many great joys,” just as its name suggests. We’re very grateful for everyone’s kindness. Next time, we’d like to stay longer—explore more of town and ride the Isumi Railway as well. On our way home, my husband and I found ourselves happily talking about when we should return next time with our family. Thank you very much.

Fresh sashimi and a variety of colorful, vibrant dishes were served, so much that I couldn't finish them all. The dessert at dinner was also incredibly delicious. Since I couldn't finish everything during dinner, I was allowed to take it back to my Room and enjoyed it after my bath. The bath and the Room were clean, spacious, and very convenient to use. When I sent photos of the food to my parents, they said it looked amazing. Next time, I'd love to bring my parents along. Shakujin Shrine was nearby as well, so I was able to fulfill my wish of visiting there!

After arriving at the Accommodation, we borrowed an electric scooter and took a stroll along the seaside. Back in the Room, we worked up a sweat in the wood-burning stove sauna and felt refreshed, then enjoyed ice cream in the lounge while playing Pac-Man (lol). For dinner, we savored dishes featuring superb live squid and Saga beef with Tiger Beer, then went to sleep in a spacious bed while gazing out at the sea. Breakfast was also excellent—the rice was sweet and delicious, paired with local specialties like mirin-dried fish and squid shumai that you can only find here. After that, we took a cruise ship around Kabeshima Island. In the calm summer Genkai Sea, on the far side of Kabeshima we saw columnar joints like natural stone walls, listened to stories about islands near and far, and felt the wind as the boat sped along. We truly enjoyed an exceptionally special time. There are still so many great points I can’t even write them all—this all-inclusive Plan is simply amazing. On our way back they drove us to Karatsu-Nishi Station, making it easy to get to Hakata as well; it’s surprisingly accessible even without a car. This is an Accommodation I’ll keep remembering fondly long after returning home.

I stayed for one night as a solo traveler starting on August 13. The interior design throughout the Accommodation was wonderful, yet it still felt relaxed and comfortable, so I could truly unwind. The meals were also outstanding and refined—honestly, I even found myself wondering, “Is this price really sustainable for them?” It’s an Accommodation that genuinely made me think, “I’d love to come back.”

While breathing in the fresh air of Asuka, I truly enjoyed the attentive hospitality that was present without being intrusive. Dinner at Da terra was also a wonderful meal that delighted both body and mind. There was nothing to complain about, but if I had to mention something, it would be breakfast. I’m not sure instant noodles are the best choice. Also, the one-size-fits-all sleepwear was a bit small... Just minor details.

It was a clean Accommodation. There were three Rooms, and they were very spacious—more than enough for a family of four. Coffee beans were also provided, so we could enjoy a relaxing cup in the morning. We didn’t use the bath this time, but it was clean.

We had a wonderful stay. There was a convenience store nearby, and we were satisfied because we didn’t notice any traffic noise or other disturbances. If I had to mention one thing, the facial cleanser didn’t lather well and was difficult to use.

I stayed here with two cats. The litter and a litter box were provided, which was great. The Facility was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use it again.
