This was our family’s first stay, and it was wonderful. With my birthday coming up the following week, we happened to mention it at check-in, and they surprised me at dinner with live music and a dessert—plus sweets as a gift—to celebrate! We hadn’t informed them in advance about the Reserver, so I was truly touched by the surprise. Thank you very much. All of the staff were professional—from guiding our car on arrival to explaining the Hotel, as well as the lounge and restaurant teams—and they made our stay comfortable from start to finish. The housekeeping staff also greeted us warmly. The Facility was just as beautiful as in the photos, and everything—from the amenities to the in-room sweets and beverages—was thoughtfully selected, which really conveyed their hospitality. The restaurant meals for both breakfast and dinner were vibrant, uncompromising, and absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed by this top-class Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you again.

This Accommodation has become more upscale in recent years and is now a bit of a splurge for me, so I visited this time to take advantage of a great deal. As always, the Onsen was wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also happy that you remembered my various requests from previous stays. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality again—I’d love to visit again when I find another opportunity.

The Onsen temperature was just right, and the Room was clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. The view from the Room was also great. The meals were delicious, and thank you to the staff member who looked after us for being so kind to our children. We would like to stay again when we visit Awaji Island. Next time, we’d love to come in a different season.

I had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very convenient. I was impressed that the skincare products at the amenities bar were Sekkisei. This time I booked No Meals Included, but I would have liked to try the breakfast if I had the chance.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

I stayed at Hotel Mukaitaki in Tsuchiyu Onsen. What I especially loved this time were the cuisine, the open-air bath in the Room, and the strong sense of privacy. Dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and the surf clam shabu-shabu and Fukushima beef were outstanding. The surf clam’s texture and sweetness and the rich flavor of the Fukushima beef were both excellent—these were the most memorable dishes of my stay. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was amazing. Being able to enjoy the Onsen freely at any time without worrying about others is truly special. Perhaps because there are only a few Rooms, I hardly ran into other guests during my stay. The building was very quiet and felt extremely private. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to relax at an Onsen Accommodation without being concerned about other people. The staff’s thoughtfulness was also wonderful—they escorted me to and from the parking lot at both arrival and departure. They even gave me souvenir rice balls on my way home. It was warm hospitality from start to finish.

The day before my stay, I noticed a mistake in my Reservation and contacted them. They responded politely, explained any additional charges, and I was able to stay without any issues. The cleaning staff also greeted me with a smile, which made it a wonderful trip. I would like to stay again!

We stayed as three generations—my elderly mother, myself, and my child. The Room had a calm atmosphere, and the Onsen with its unique jungle-style bath was unlike anything else. The meals made great use of local ingredients, and we were very satisfied. My mother was delighted as well, and it became a wonderful travel memory for us.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

I have stayed at a wide range of Hotels throughout The whole country, from budget Hotels to luxury Hotels, and among Hotels in this price range, this one is without a doubt No. 1 in terms of hospitality and dinner. The quality you get for this Accommodation Fee is truly outstanding. [What I liked] Hospitality & service: As attentive as a luxury Hotel. Not only the front desk staff, but also the housekeeping staff greeted me politely and elegantly when we passed in the hallway, which made my stay very comfortable. Dinner: The bento prepared after ordering was freshly made, extremely delicious, and generous in variety—I was very satisfied! Room & cleanliness: The Room and unit bath were kept clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the breakfast venue also felt very clean. (Breakfast itself felt like a standard buffet.) [What I noticed] I was slightly bothered by the smell of the sanitized cups. Wi-Fi: To be honest, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable and not usable. I strongly recommend that future guests prepare pocket Wi-Fi or mobile data. There were only a few minor points I noticed, but they were far outweighed by the excellent hospitality and dinner quality. I would definitely like to stay here again!

This is a wonderful Ryokan that moves me every time I visit. The Room, baths, cuisine, the staff’s smiles, and the overall atmosphere throughout the property are all exceptional, and time seems to slow down. Both the fresh enthusiasm of the younger staff and the understated attentiveness of the experienced staff naturally bring a smile. The welcome service includes soft drinks as well as wine—and that wine is surprisingly delicious. Breakfast also comes with a choice of drinks; the 100% peach juice is pure peach—peach! peach! peach!—and absolutely worth trying at least once. And the cuisine is outstanding. Though the chef is young, everything—from seasonal menus and presentation to masterful use of dashi—is superb. The creativity is remarkable, and the expressive artistry of each dish (including the tableware) is truly next level. The view from the open-air bath in our Room—sunlit green trees against a blue sky—was beautiful, and soaking in an open-air bath during a sudden downpour was an experience with its own special charm. This is a lovely kappo-style Ryokan that soothes me every time I stay. Having visited in spring and summer, I would love to return in autumn next time.

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I decided to try the ladies-only floor, and it was excellent. There were basic skincare amenities, and there was also a bottle of cleansing oil in the bathroom. The Room had a hair iron, and I was impressed to find an electric foot massager as well. This may be available on other floors too, but there were free dispensers in the hallway for tea and a sports drink–style water, so I didn’t need to buy bottled drinks. The Room was clean, the location was convenient, and it offered great value for money. I’d love to stay here again.

We were welcomed with the staff’s bright smiles at check-in. The Room was spacious and clean. As always, no matter where we met them, the staff greeted us with a smile, and the team at the dinner venue did as well. Their smiles are truly warm hospitality.

This was my second stay. Last time, I stayed during a snowy season, so this time I was able to relax until dinner and fully enjoy the sight of green trees swaying and the gentle calls of evening cicadas from my clean, refined Room. The meals here are delicious both in the morning and in the evening, with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the fish and meat were also excellent—everything was flawless. Above all, the staff’s smiles were wonderful, and their service was attentive and professional, which made me feel truly happy. I will definitely come back to stay again when I have time. I originally planned to stay for one night and then move to another Accommodation, but it was so comfortable that I extended my stay for a Multiple Night Stay. The property was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the view was beautiful. Breakfast was carefully prepared, and on the second day they changed the menu. They also provided options for children. During my stay, I enjoyed coffee, and in the evening I had a little alcohol as well. It was a wonderful stay. The view from the Room was great, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you very much.

I have stayed in Shuzenji at Yagyu-no-Sho and at Sora next door, but this was my first stay at Asaba. 　The moment I arrived and stepped into the entrance, a pond and a Noh stage opened up before me—an overwhelming view. I also noticed the pleasant scent of wood and the crisp, refined air. I assume everything is kept impeccably clean. Our Room was in the second-lowest price range, but it still had a view of the Noh stage, and with two adjoining rooms it felt very comfortable. 　Both the staff member who guided us to our Room and handled check-in, and the attendant who served dinner and breakfast, were courteous yet pleasantly friendly, which helped me relax. Some luxury top-tier Accommodations have staff who make guests feel tense, but that was not the case here. 　Dinner made it clear that each dish was prepared with great care. The soft-shelled turtle winter melon soup and the horse mackerel sashimi were outstanding. However, as others have mentioned, since the grilled dish was sweetfish and the rice was also sweetfish rice, I would have preferred a sea fish for the grilled course. 　I used the large public bath about twice without running into anyone, so I could unwind in peace. The in-room bath was also very comfortable. I spent time in the salon before dinner on day one and after breakfast on day two; it was wonderfully quiet there, so I could relax while looking out over the pond and Noh stage. 　I would like to stay again in a different season.

Breakfast was a choice of Japanese, Western, or a Sasebo Burger, plus a buffet as well—very satisfying. I couldn’t eat a Sasebo Burger the day before, so I never expected to be able to have one in the morning!

Due to various circumstances, I hadn’t been able to visit for quite some time, so this was my first stay in about two years—but it was still an Accommodation that left me completely satisfied, just as always. From the Shuttle Service onward, everyone was kind and helpful, and after arriving the stay was truly comfortable—warm and homey—and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace and unwind from everyday stress. At check-in I was told, “Our sommelier is on duty today.” I love wine and always look forward to dinner here, and this time the sommelier came to my table and kindly explained many things in detail to someone like me who’s simply a wine lover without much knowledge. Just listening and imagining those explanations while drinking made it an incredibly enjoyable time. Of course, every dish was delicious as well. Thank you for your thoughtful care even though I was traveling solo. I felt lucky that my stay happened to coincide with a day when the sommelier was working. This Accommodation always makes me feel a little sad when it’s time to leave—and from that very moment it makes me think, “I’ll work hard so I can come back again.” I will definitely stay again. I stayed here for a fan trip. It was my first time traveling for an event and I was worried because I didn’t know the area, but the hotel was very close to the nearest station and easy to find. Getting around was convenient, there was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was a single Room, it was clean, more spacious than I expected, and comfortable. If I had to mention something, there wasn’t a mirror at the desk—only one in the bathroom and a full-length mirror near the entrance door—so it was inconvenient for doing makeup. Also, the pillow felt thinner and firmer than expected, so I would have preferred a slightly fuller pillow. If possible, I’d be happy if you could install a makeup mirror on the wall by the desk or make one available to borrow. Other than that, including the service, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.
