Thank you for taking care of us for two nights. We weren’t on a trip to relax at the Hotel; we were out during the day, and it was perfectly comfortable to have breakfast and head out without any inconvenience. Even with children, everyone at the Hotel was kind and warmly looked after us. If I had to mention one thing, the large public bath alternates between men and women, so we couldn’t use it because the timing didn’t work out. Still, considering the price with breakfast included, it felt like an unbelievably good value. Thank you very much. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

Because I expected to check in late at night for work, I chose this Hotel for its large public bath hours—open until 2:00 a.m., with a sauna—which are much longer than those at nearby Business Hotels. The building feels a bit dated in places, but it was acceptable. I also liked the comfortable two-piece loungewear instead of a yukata. It’s right after you exit the interchange, so it’s truly convenient—I’d like to stay again.

This time, I stayed two nights on the Mojiko side, then took the ferry across to the Shimonoseki side for one night. It was a very sunny and hot day, but Karato Market, the Karato Ferry Terminal, Kaikyokan (Shimonoseki Aquarium), Hai! Karatto Yokocho (a small amusement park), and RISONARE are all lined up in the same area, so it’s great that you can enjoy everything within walking distance. On top of that, the Hotel offers plenty of kid-friendly activities such as the pufferfish pool and pufferfish beach, and the little ones looked like they were having a wonderful time. I also saw families staying with three generations together—this seems like an excellent choice for family trips. As for me, it was a solo trip for one night, so I treated myself to a full pufferfish Italian course at Otto Sette in the dining room (the aperitif was served on the terrace at sunset before moving into the dining room!). I also enjoyed a relaxing resort stay in a new and comfortable Room while taking in views of the Kanmon Straits. In the morning, I started my walk before dawn along Arukaport Promenade by the sea in front of the Hotel. With cool sea breezes and gradually brightening skies over the Kanmon Straits, I walked past Karato Market to Sister City Plaza at the end of the promenade to watch sunrise. Then I returned along the same path back to the Hotel and joined “Sea Breeze Stretch” on Namunami Terrace with its beautifully kept lawn. After that came an incredible breakfast buffet with so many options it was hard to choose—I enjoyed it right up to my limit. At PUKU PUKU’s breakfast buffet, kawara soba, seafood marinated rice bowls, and French toast are must-haves—go hungry. Even though it was only one night, it felt incredibly fulfilling. I’d love to come back—and now I want to visit other RISONARE properties too. Also, even if you make a Reservation here, it’s convenient that you can log in on their official website using your Reservation Number and arrange meals and activities online in advance.

This was my second stay. This time, I really enjoyed everything within the Hotel, including the private Onsen, karaoke, and massages. The buffet meals were also excellent, with crab and eel among the delicious options. One small thing I noticed was that it would have been even better if the buffet salad included lettuce or cucumbers, and that chopped green onions as a condiment were not available at breakfast. It’s a minor detail, but it stood out to me. I would like to stay again.

The Room was clean and comfortable. Not only the front desk staff but also the housekeeping team were polite and pleasant.

As I wrote after my previous stay, this Hotel offers classic-hotel service at a Business Hotel price. With hotel rates rising so sharply these days, it reminds me that what truly matters is the people—not superficial renovations. Thank you as always. I look forward to staying with you again when I visit Hiroshima.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied because both the front desk area and the guest Room were very clean. I used the parking lot, and it was reassuring to know that a space could be secured with advance registration. I also appreciated being able to enter and exit freely. One small disappointment was that the loungewear is a one-piece type; personally, I prefer a separate set. For this level of quality, it felt like excellent value for money. I would like to stay again.

The natural Onsen spring water was available and very relaxing. The washing area also had ReFa showerheads, and the fine bubbles made washing my face feel great. The cake buffet was enjoyable as well, with cakes and Japanese sweets such as arare rice crackers and mitarashi dango, plus many kinds of drinks.

This was my first stay, and I was truly surprised by how spacious the Room was. I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. The lounge was also spacious, with a wide selection of drinks. Both dinner and breakfast offered a great variety and were delicious. I would like to stay again.

Shortly before my trip I was injured and using crutches. A female staff member at reception changed my assigned Room to a more accessible floor and carried my luggage to the Room, which was a great help. At checkout she greeted me with a wonderful smile, and I was able to leave in a cheerful mood. Breakfast was also very delicious, and I enjoyed local specialties from Kagoshima. I will stay here again when I visit Kagoshima. Thank you very much.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

We stayed as a family of five. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax. There was also a Shuttle Service for sightseeing, which made our trip very worthwhile. We enjoyed the buffet, and everything was delicious. The Hotel staff were also very helpful. We would like to visit again with our family.

This is my second stay. Since it’s in the city, I feel safe. I like it because everything is close by.

The staff's service was excellent. They approached us without us having to ask, and their response was quick. Thank you very much. We stayed in a double Room at an affordable price, but it was really just enough space for sleeping. If morning extensions are possible, I would like to prepare leisurely in the Room, so if there were slightly larger Rooms available, I would love to use this place again. Also, this is just a personal request, but if the loungewear were more like pajamas with separate pants and tops that could be worn around the facility, it would be more comfortable for me as an older guest. Walking to the bath in loungewear felt a bit embarrassing.

Although the building felt a bit old, it was well cleaned and comfortable. I only used it for sleeping, but I was fully satisfied. If your reason for visiting Kitakyushu is the Kanmon Tunnel, sightseeing, or attending an event, it offers good access to Mojiko and the Kokura area, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. The staff were courteous, so I could stay with peace of mind.

About once every 1–2 months, when I come to Kanagawa on business, I stay here every time. The bed is spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are new and clean, and although it’s close to the station, it’s not noisy—those are the reasons I like it. I also appreciate that not everything is overly systematized. The relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere is great too. So thank you again for this stay. I’ll be back again.

I stayed here again after a long time. As always, the courteous service made me feel at ease. The Room has been renovated, and the unit bath was very clean. It was very comfortable. The amenities are well stocked. In addition to green tea, there is also coffee and black tea. I had breakfast, and there was a good variety of dishes and everything was delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

My flight from Oita Airport was early in the morning, so I stayed the night before. The price was very affordable, and the Room was clean, making my stay comfortable.

Whenever I come to Atsugi, I always stay here. As a former local, this is the Hotel I recommend most. If you head toward OK Store as your landmark, it’s right across the street. You’ll pass through Ichibangai, so there are plenty of shops, and it’s also convenient for shopping at OK Store, one of Kanagawa’s larger stores. There’s also the best Western-style restaurant in Atsugi just behind the Hotel—if you’re aiming for their melt-in-your-mouth omurice, this Hotel has the best location. In the morning there is a light breakfast service, and the coffee is exceptionally good. It pairs perfectly with a boiled egg and toast. I always have one cup with breakfast, then another after eating; I put a lid on it and take it back to my Room. Sometimes I also see business travelers taking a cup to go on their way out. The Room is always clean, and they provide a nice set of bath salts and hair ties—great for women guests. Unusually (and very helpfully), there’s also a handheld mirror, which is convenient for contact lenses and makeup. The internet is fast and smooth as well, which really helps when I need to work. This time, the loungewear had been changed to a silky-smooth type—comfortable to wear and I slept very well. The front desk staff are pleasant too, and they always assist me kindly. The staff who prepare the light breakfast are friendly as well; they regularly check in and restock items so nothing runs out. Since the parking area in front of the Hotel is small, if you’re driving I think it’s best to consult with them in advance.

My daughter and her spouse, who came from afar, stayed at the accommodation. It was helpful for me as I didn’t have to prepare bedding at home, and they seemed to have enjoyed a comfortable stay using the large public bath.
