This trip was planned so my elderly mother could travel while she still can. We really appreciated being given a Room close to the car, which was very helpful. We had a comfortable stay throughout. The bath in particular had wonderfully silky water, and we were very satisfied. There were plenty of drinks available, which was great, but it would have been even better if tea bags were provided so we could have hot tea. We borrowed some board games and enjoyed them together—it was a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Perfect for exploring Sera Town. The interior design and landscaping were lovely, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast box is highly recommended as it provides a satisfying start to the day, but warming up items purchased from roadside stations or other shops is also a great option. Both choices have their own charm!

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

It was my first trip in a long time, and I was really looking forward to it. The Ryokan was easy to find, with the main building and Rinsuitei facing each other. The Room was spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was also very relaxing and enjoyable. I couldn’t find any tableware such as spoons in the Room, so I thought it would be nice to have them available. There was also plenty of parking space.

I decided to make a reservation here because Ichiran Ramen is nearby. Although the place felt slightly old, it was well-cleaned and I had a pleasant stay.

Located in a quiet mountain setting, you can enjoy snow views from the open-air bath during winter. The staff were approachable and created a welcoming atmosphere. When I took out my medicine during the meal, they immediately brought water to the table, saying, "If you're taking medicine, let me prepare some water for you." If possible, I would have appreciated having coffee served at the table after meals, even for an additional charge. Also, switching the men's and women's baths on alternating days could double the enjoyment for guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to staying here again!

Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store within walking distance. There is also a large public bath available from evening until late at night. The Room is clean and comfortable.

Close to the downtown area, I chose this place thinking it would be great for sightseeing in Kumamoto City. Plus, it's affordable! The surrounding area is right in the heart of the bustling downtown—might be noisy? The exterior seemed a bit historic, but once I entered the Room, it was quiet with modern and clean interiors! The staff were very kind, making my trip extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!

Delicious meals and a rich Moor Onsen—something you rarely come across. I’m worried about the major earthquake after returning home. I’ll visit again.

The staff were courteous and kind. The Room was comfortable, and the kids were very happy. Above all, the bath was amazing. Our whole family agreed—it was so relaxing we could have stayed in it forever!! The kids even said, “We want to stay one more night!!” It was that comfortable, and we’re glad we chose to stay here. Conveniently located near the station, and just the right walking distance to the ruins of Kuwana Castle. With an izakaya right next door, you won’t have to worry about finding a place to eat when you don’t feel like searching.

The entrance was a bit dark, and at first I felt slightly uneasy, wondering if everything would be okay. But the moment I opened the Room door, that impression changed completely. Inside was a very comfortable and welcoming space. Just as the Reviews said, it really is a wonderful Room. The staff were also extremely polite and warm, and compared with other Hotels I’ve stayed at, I was able to spend my time comfortably from start to finish. In the Room, thoughtful touches were evident everywhere—anticipating every need—and cleanliness was impeccable. The Facility, spaciousness, comfort, and staff service all exceeded my expectations. This time I stayed alone, but compared with nearby Hotels the price was reasonable and the Room was spacious, making it an exceptionally satisfying stay. It truly feels like a hidden gem—so nice that I almost want to keep it a secret. When I visit Fukuoka again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I was unsure where to stay for my first time visiting the Sendai Tanabata Festival, but I was able to make a Reservation about a week in advance. The price was very reasonable—around 5,000 yen per person. [During my stay, there was an earthquake around 3:00 a.m. while I was asleep, but it didn’t shake much.] I slept well and had a relaxing night.

The accommodation was not brand new, but it had thoughtful touches to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. The meals included generous portions for children, which made them very happy. The adult dishes were tailored for older guests, and my parents were satisfied and pleased. On the second floor, there was a ball pool where my son played excitedly; it's a facility that even small children can enjoy. It was an accommodation that makes you want to visit again.

We made a Reservation because the Room has a reclining bath. Our plan for the day was to soak in it at night while looking up at the sky, but since it rained, we thought we would just relax and listen to the sound of the rain. However, there were so many insects that we gave up on using it at night. The Ryokan staff said it was an unusually heavy day for insects as well. We took it positively as proof of how rich the nature is, and enjoyed the reclining bath slowly after sunrise instead. It was truly surrounded by nature, and the bath felt wonderful. As for dinner, my husband and I are not good with river fish, so we ended up leaving some behind—sorry about that. The quantity and flavor were more than enough; it was an excellent meal. Regarding service, I can’t go into details, but there was something where I caused trouble. When I explained this to the front desk staff, they instead apologized for any inconvenience to us. I’m not comfortable with overly close service, but their sense of distance was just right, and we had a very pleasant day. We would like to visit again in winter.

We stayed for two nights, using this dog-first Accommodation as our base for exploring Shiga and Hyogo. The Room had a wonderful atmosphere, and even with five adults it didn’t feel cramped—we were able to relax comfortably. Having a convenience store right in front is very handy, but since the street out front has quite a bit of traffic, light sleepers may notice the noise. The bedroom was on the second floor, and the stairs were steeper than expected. With a small dog you can probably carry them up, but if you’re bringing a medium-sized or larger dog that sleeps with you upstairs, it might be a bit challenging. Our dog was happy relaxing downstairs, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We also wanted to visit “Juunintoiro” with our dog, but we ended up getting back late from watching the Inter-High games and couldn’t make it—such a shame. Next time we’d love to come in a cooler season, enjoy Omihachiman at a leisurely pace, and stop by Juunintoiro during our walk!

What stood out most was how wonderful the guest Room (Kagegetsutei) was. Although it is a new Room with just over a year since opening, I was very satisfied with the spaciousness and feel, the furnishings, and the amenities. The stone-built in-room bath was also large, the water temperature was just right, and the shower pressure was strong and refreshing. If it had been an Onsen, there would have been nothing more to ask for, but even so it warmed me up well. On the other hand, LIBERTY RESORT’s Onsen Facility is very spacious and has many baths, but except for one of them, the water felt a little lukewarm to me. We also had our meal inside the bathing Facility, and all of the staff were kind, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. It was a course meal that included spiny lobster, but I especially remember how large the abalone was. Since we stayed on a weekday, the entire Facility was very quiet and relaxing, though it felt a bit lonely. I hope more guests will come to enjoy LIBERTY RESORT’s facilities.

At first, I was a bit worried because it was a private lodging style stay, but check-in went smoothly and the Hotel Room was very clean. It was also conveniently close to both the station and the aquarium, and it was very quiet with no noise from outside. The Hotel parking lot only has three spaces and was full, but we were able to park cheaply at a nearby Times Parking lot.

I chose this property for its excellent location close to my destination. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my stay very enjoyable. I also appreciate that they kindly accommodated my rather bold requests. Breakfast was great too—I was happy to have a satisfying Japanese-style meal. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

I booked the day before for a solo trip, and the service was more than sufficient. I’d like to stay again, so I hope you’ll expand to more areas, and it would be even better if there were space for a family of four to stay.
