This was my first stay here. The Room, bath, and view were all wonderful. If possible, I think it would be nice to have a TV on the first floor as well. There was a projector, but it isn’t really usable during the day. However, I realized on the last day that the projector can connect via Bluetooth to the Bose speaker in the Room, so at night you can enjoy videos with great sound. Now to the main point! During my 3-night stay, I tried all three options: yakiniku, sukiyaki, and shabu-shabu. One note: for the yakiniku set, the beef tongue was labeled “premium tongue,” but most of it seemed to be tongue tip rather than premium cuts. Other than that, everything was delicious and very satisfying.

This was a very satisfying Accommodation for staying with our dog. - For dog walks, Oishi Park is just a 1-minute walk away, and it was perfect in the morning and evening after the tourists were gone. There is also an on-site dog run. - We usually choose a rental villa with an Onsen, but even without one, the water quality seemed excellent—I didn’t need body lotion, and I relaxed in the large bathtub again and again. - Unfortunately, it rained every few hours due to the weather, but the chairs placed in the earthen-floored entryway were very comfortable. My husband enjoyed beer and highballs, while I finished reading a book I brought along. - The bed was also very comfortable—I slept a total of 20 hours over three days. - There were various BALMUDA appliances, and it was fun cooking dinner using a hot plate for the first time. - We enjoyed breakfast delivered from a nearby restaurant both times; it was delicious. - The location is extremely convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. - It helped us recover from work fatigue and feel refreshed—this is exactly the kind of vacation we like.

This was my second stay. The food is simply delicious. It’s also nice that it’s cooler here than down in the city during summer. The amenities were well stocked, which was great. If I had to mention anything, it was a bit inconvenient not having a freezer in the Room, and breakfast gets crowded, so I thought it would be helpful to have seating guidance.

I stayed here to attend a concert at Sekisui Heim Super Arena. The shuttle bus departure point to the venue is right across the street from the building, which was very convenient. The Room was clean and I was satisfied.

Convenient for summer visits to Ise Jingu Shrine and Ishigami-san, and above all, we keep coming back for the delicious dinners—starting with sea bream, plus rockfish, steamed dishes, and turban shell. The simmered sea bream at breakfast is also excellent. This time they also served horse mackerel, and we were very satisfied. They seem to grow their own rice as well—we finished every last bite. The hostess’s service is polite and much appreciated. This time I’m adding a photo of breakfast!

Thanks to the courteous service and the staff’s warm hospitality and flexible support, we had a memorable stay. The Onsen was also wonderful, and the atmospheric open-air bath was especially relaxing. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we would love to stay here again.

The breakfast is greatly appreciated. Refills are unlimited and they even have curry, so it saves you a meal (lol). It’s not one of those stingy, typical menus, which I really appreciate. If I had to mention one drawback, the room key card is made of paper and doesn’t respond well. I often had to insert and remove it several times before it would work, which was a bit of a hassle.

The food was outstanding. For dinner, the splendid alfonsino, abalone, and spiny lobster were all delicious, and the portions were more than we could finish. Breakfast was also excellent—the spiny lobster miso soup was especially tasty. The relaxation room offered free ice cream and coffee, as well as electric massage chairs. While the exterior and some common areas were not very clean, the guest rooms and dining area had been renovated.

Thank you for your kindness—the staff’s smiles were wonderful. I’d love to stay at this lovely Hotel again. We could relax at our own pace without worrying about others, listening to the soothing sound of the waves from morning to night. Open the window and you’ll see the blue sea and horizon, then enjoy morning coffee on the terrace—truly the best seat in the house. Savor dinner (a barbecue) with a sunset sinking into the sea as your backdrop. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Conveniently located near Hakodate Station. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room with three adults, and since we planned to visit the market the next day, it was the perfect size for No Meals Included—clean and comfortable. The large public bath alternates between men and women, so note that the women’s hours are a bit shorter. However, the Room also has a unit bath, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. The front desk staff were kind and courteous as well. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

In conclusion, the value for the price was outstanding. The Room was clean and spacious, and we also appreciated the table and chairs on the balcony. We were amazed by the Onsen water quality. We never expected such a strong sulfur scent from an Onsen in this area! The private open-air bath in the Room had a ceramic tub, and it was wonderful to soak comfortably with our legs stretched out. It was so good that we used it many times! We felt the upper slat of the privacy screen could be removed without any issue. It would make a big difference in how open it feels. The food also surprised us. Since we chose a standard Plan, we honestly didn’t expect that much, but there were many local ingredients and thoughtful touches—and above all, everything was seasoned beautifully and tasted excellent. We felt the head chef must be truly exceptional. We’re very interested in the chef’s choice course! All of the staff were kind as well. It was so great that we went ahead and made another Reservation for one month later.

I may have the opportunity to stay again in the future, and I look forward to it.

Great value, good Facility, friendly service, and complimentary morning coffee—I've stayed here many times. If I had to mention one drawback, the shared refrigerator that guests can use for free sometimes has a rotten smell.

The amenities and complimentary drinks were well stocked. Although the sea was rough, we could see the torii gate of Oarai Shrine from the window, which was very impressive. (It was a shame we couldn’t see the sunrise due to bad weather.) We also received lots of helpful information about places to eat. There was no large public bath, but we used Oarai Hotel just a short walk away, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The Room was clean and nice as well.

All staff—at the front desk, restaurant, large public bath, shop, and even the bus driver—were very welcoming. The meals were delicious, and the amenities were well stocked. In particular, there was a free-flowing Onsen on the terrace, so my elderly parents could enjoy the Onsen with peace of mind. They were very happy, and it became a wonderful memory for us. One disappointing point was that—perhaps only in our Room—a lot of dust had accumulated around the light near the headboard in the bedroom. Other than that, we are grateful for all of your services.

Herbal medicinal teas before and after meals are also a nice touch. At dinner, you can drink as much as you like of your preferred beverages, including alcohol, and every dish was truly delicious. Although we stayed on a weekday, they kindly served us the weekend-only sashimi as well, which we enjoyed with fresh wasabi! The baths were crowded, so we couldn’t relax as much as we’d hoped, but overall we were satisfied. However, it was disappointing that the futon in the Japanese-style room was quite thin.

I stayed here for an airport trip. It’s very convenient—right off the interchange. Parking fees vary depending on how close it is to the Hotel, and even the closest lot costs only 400 yen for guests. The building has a spacious layout, with a wide lobby and hallways. It does feel a bit dated, but everything is well cleaned and pleasant. The garden and lighting fixtures have subtle Japanese touches, and I felt they’ve long been mindful of international guests. The twin Room was relatively large with plenty of space, and the amenities were sufficient, but I was disappointed that the coffee was instant. The in-room refrigerator was very noisy—I couldn’t understand why it was so loud. It’s a shame because the double windows provide great soundproofing, yet the Room itself was noisy. After waking up and no longer needing it, I turned it off. Having a FamilyMart on-site is convenient! The free shuttle bus to the airport is also extremely convenient! There are also buses to the station and Aeon Mall; I didn’t use them this time, but if I’d had more time I would have liked to go to the mall. My Room didn’t have an airport view, so next time I’d definitely like to stay in an airport-view Room—and visit the mall as well. For its size, it’s reasonably priced overall, and I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

I missed the last train and stayed here for the first time while urgently looking for a place to stay. It’s a little far from the station, but there’s a convenience store nearby, and the Room was clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. In the morning, I was lucky to get light refreshments—coffee and bread—which were delicious. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night in the middle of my itinerary, and this was my favorite Hotel of the entire trip. The bar counter and lobby that come into view right after entering the entrance immediately got me excited. The Room was clean and stylish. The washbasin area was the open type with no partition from the Room, which is common in newer Hotels, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious than its actual square meter size. Although I didn’t use them, it seems they also offer a thoughtful selection of items for loan, which felt very considerate for guests on a Multiple Night Stay. The sofa and bed were comfortable as well, and I enjoyed having dinner in the Room that evening. The Onsen was also more than spacious enough and included an open-air bath. Maybe my timing was lucky, but there were few other guests, so it was extremely relaxing. Breakfast was buffet-style; even with a pleasant level of bustle, there were many attentive staff members who made it a great experience. In particular, having egg dishes cooked to my preference was fantastic (you order by QR code so there’s no line, and they bring it to you). A couple of small disappointments: - Parking (I assume it will be improved in the future, but there wasn’t any specific guidance; since it’s simply gravel ground at the moment, checking in at night was a bit confusing.) - The reception staff at the breakfast venue (I had planned on No Meals Included originally, but I was so impressed by how wonderful this Hotel is—and seeing available seats—I asked if I could join the breakfast buffet last minute. However, whenever I asked about seating or pricing details, I received guidance that strongly emphasized only negative points. It made me wonder if walk-ins aren’t really welcomed. That said, once inside—especially thanks to the excellent male staff member overseeing service—the experience turned out very positive.) I’m not sure what prices are like during peak winter season, but this is a Hotel I definitely want to stop by again whenever I visit Hokkaido.

This was my first time sightseeing in Otaru. We stayed at this Hotel right in front of the Otaru Canal. It was a one-night stay for our family of three, and we ate out, so we only needed a place to sleep. The Room felt a bit small, but since we were just sleeping there, it was more than enough and we were satisfied. Next time, I’d like to try the Hotel breakfast. There are many coin-operated parking lots very close to the Hotel, and the rates were much cheaper than in Tokyo. We parked overnight and left the car until checkout while sightseeing around Otaru Station, and it cost 800 yen for 24 hours. There were coin parking lots around 800–1,200 yen. The Hotel Facility was clean, with a calm lobby atmosphere as well—we were very satisfied. Amenities such as face wash, cleansing products, and skincare items were available on the first floor. I’d like to stay here again when traveling to the Otaru area. Thank you very much to all the staff members.
