Over the past few years, this Accommodation has become a place our family wants to visit at least once a year, and both kids and adults are always completely satisfied. This summer vacation we weren’t planning a trip to the Izu area, so we thought a summer stay might not be possible—but when we learned about the summer vacation discount offer, we knew we had to go and made a last-minute Reservation. With prices rising everywhere, we truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture from the Facility. As always, every staff member—from arrival to departure—shows wonderful hospitality that makes for a genuinely relaxing stay. The Facility is also very clean. The summer vacation pop-up stalls were unexpectedly enjoyed more by the adults than the kids; it was fun seeing everyone feel like children again. It was disappointing that we couldn’t play tennis due to construction on the tennis courts, but there were so many enjoyable activities that we barely had enough time. We also love the surrounding satoyama countryside nature, so next time we’d like to stay in spring.

We were very satisfied to have stayed at such a wonderful Hotel. The meals and the services for children were excellent as well. Regarding the title: we used the coin laundry, and while we were rushing around because our children are still small, we realized that we had accidentally put a smartphone into the washing machine. When I panicked and called the extension, a staff member responded kindly and carefully, for which we are truly grateful. I wanted to confirm their name and thank them at check-out, but I forgot to ask. So I am writing it here instead. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again next year. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here several times, and everything was wonderful again this time. I accidentally left something behind when checking out, but the staff noticed it and it was a great help. We stayed here for an anniversary trip. The Room was bright and pleasant, making it a very comfortable space. From the warm welcome to our departure, all the staff provided consistently thoughtful and attentive service throughout our stay, and we were impressed from start to finish. The Onsen was wonderful as well, and we enjoyed it many times. It left both our skin and hair feeling cared for and silky smooth. The meals—and the way they were served—were outstanding, and everything tasted exceptional. The tableware was beautiful too; we couldn’t help but feel the chef’s dedication in every detail. Thanks to you, we had a truly enjoyable dining experience. We’re also deeply grateful for the lovely photos you took—they mean so much to us and will be treasured keepsakes. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with warm smiles. The Room was a bit small, but considering the price, it was good value and very clean. The only disappointment was that the bath did not seem to have continuously flowing water. As a minor note, the plastic bag for laundry was hidden under the hair dryer bag, so it took a little time to find it.

I always stay here to enjoy an extraordinary and special time away from everyday life. The cocktail-time dishes, carefully prepared right in front of us by the dedicated Club Lounge chef, are of outstanding quality and impress me every time. Also, on the second day, the executive chef came around to greet guests, and I was honored to meet them. All of the lounge staff always provide warm, personal service with a smile. Even after checkout, they kindly saw me off until I got into my taxi. Once again, I was truly soothed by the delicious food and exceptional hospitality. I am deeply grateful to all of the staff. Thank you for taking care of us on the final day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Nikko. Away from the lively area around Toshogu Shrine, we were able to savor Nikko deeply and quietly. From arrival to departure, every member of the Accommodation spoke to us warmly with a smile, and we spent our time feeling truly relaxed. The amenities in the Room and the drink service were also thoughtfully prepared down to the smallest details, and we did not feel inconvenienced in any way. The meals and Onsen we had been looking forward to most were absolutely wonderful, making these two days a truly happy time. Nikko’s water is excellent, and the coffee brewed with it was especially delicious—I even bought some beans on my way home. I’d like to brew coffee once more with the water you kindly gave us and reminisce about our trip to Nikko. I am also grateful for your courteous phone call when I carelessly left something behind in the Room, and for sending it promptly. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would love to come again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for the first time on our wedding anniversary last year and loved it so much that we visited again for this year’s anniversary. The view from the Room was truly amazing. The food felt very summery, looked beautiful, and was absolutely delicious. It was very quiet, and we were able to relax and take our time. Thank you very much. The only thing that concerned me this time—though it may just be a matter of personal preference—was the smell as soon as we entered the Room. I thought it might have been potpourri placed in the hallway, but each time we walked through the hallway it smelled strange. We would like to visit again in autumn with my mother, and we are looking forward to it.

They upgraded us to a suite Room—both nights! The Room was very spacious, spotless, and felt extremely clean, and the Facility was great. We also used the large public bath; it was an Onsen and felt wonderful, and it was clean as well. I was impressed that the in-room drinks included Takarabou Onsen water. Breakfast was delicious, especially the bread. The tables were spaced far apart, so we could relax and really enjoy our breakfast. Thanks to Sundays, our trip to Amami Oshima became a wonderful one. The staff were kind as well. We will definitely stay again next time! Thank you very much.

This was a trip I had been looking forward to, imagining Hakone as a cool summer retreat. With the typhoon’s influence, the weather was unpredictable—sunny at times, then suddenly rainy… Still, during our stay at the Hotel it remained cloudy enough to go for a walk, and I was satisfied. My first impression of the Hotel was that the Rooms are arranged along the building’s curved structure, and I was truly impressed by how calming it felt no matter where you were. Since dinner coincided with a family birthday, we appreciated the congratulatory words and the thoughtful attention from the staff. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful time and were very happy. Thank you very much. As for portion sizes, they were just right for me, and each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. For breakfast we chose the buffet. There was a wide variety—too much to try everything—but it felt a little cramped when carrying plates while choosing dishes. The guest room was clean and beautifully maintained. We could catch glimpses of Mt. Fuji from our Room, and we found comfort in the quiet of Lake Ashi and birdsong—it was very relaxing.

We stayed here for the first time with our dog to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The welcome drink and dessert were very delicious! The welcome treat for dogs also seemed tasty—our pup finished it in no time! There’s also a drink bar available at certain times, which was great. They even have alcohol, which was the best!! The dog run was air-conditioned, so it was comfortable even in midsummer. Our dog ran around until completely tired out. Dinner is buffet-style, so it’s hard to decide what to eat (lol). The roast beef and sashimi served as a one-plate set at the table were amazing! Alcohol is available for an additional fee, but the food is so good you can’t help wanting a drink (lol). You can dine together with your dog, and there’s also a buffet just for dogs, so we really enjoyed the meal. Since it was our daughter’s birthday, we ordered a cake for an additional fee, and it was delicious as well! The staff celebrated with us too, and our daughter was thrilled! You can also use a private bath. We used it this time; we had 90 minutes, so we could relax without rushing. Dogs are allowed in the private bath too, which is wonderful! There were post-bath drinks and ice cream in the fridge—also fantastic! It’s well worth paying the extra fee! By the way, I also used the large public bath in the morning. The view was great, and it felt wonderful bathing while looking out over Lake Hamana! The breakfast sandwiches were filling and very tasty! They come with pudding too—again, amazing! One of the reasons this Hotel felt so good is definitely how pleasant all of the staff are!! Everyone we met was smiling; they talked to our dog and played with him too. Our pup got lots of love! If I had to mention something negative: although parts have been renovated, there were some areas where you could feel that the building itself is old and showing its age. But personally, there were far more positives than anything else. How easy it is to stay with your dog here, how great the staff service is, how delicious the food is, how relaxing the baths are—we went home satisfied as a whole family! I’m glad we chose this Hotel for our first overnight trip with our dog. We’d love to stay again!!

If you’re staying in Gero for the architecture, Yunoshimakan is the place; if you’re staying for great food, I’d say this is it—Suimeien. Every dish was delicious, and the ayu sweetfish in particular was outstanding. The annex where we stayed was an adults-only area, which may be why it was so quiet at night. I was able to truly relax for the first time in a while. It also felt special to have access to a private Onsen reserved exclusively for annex guests—it was a fun and memorable experience. Both large public baths had towels available at the entrance, so there was no need to go back to the Room to get one. I could enjoy the Onsen anytime on a whim without bringing anything with me. (I especially liked the large bath on the first floor.) There is also a spot inside where you can enjoy coffee while looking outside; after breakfast, I spent a relaxing time reading there. I was amazed at how spotless everything was throughout the property—surely thanks to the excellent work of your housekeeping staff. It truly became a wonderful trip. Thank you very much. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed with my puppy. This is the Hotel my previous dog loved. I had decided that our first overnight stay would be at this Hotel. It has been over a year since my previous dog passed away, and it was probably more than two years since our last stay. Even though it had been quite some time, thank you for your kind thoughtfulness toward my previous dog. You even prepared an offering meal for him (there was a small mistake in the kanji, but that just made us smile). At checkout, you also gave us an offering as well. I was so moved that I couldn’t stop crying. In fact, during our second stay with the puppy last month there was a small mix-up; when I wrote about it in a Review, you responded immediately and I truly appreciated it. I feel embarrassed that I quickly wrote a Review about my complaint, yet delayed writing this thank-you Review for what you did for my previous dog. I am very sorry. The hospitality and Facilities—everything—are wonderful at this Hotel. We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

I had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very convenient. I was impressed that the skincare products at the amenities bar were Sekkisei. This time I booked No Meals Included, but I would have liked to try the breakfast if I had the chance.

From the Accommodation’s architecture to the bath and cuisine, every detail reflected excellent taste, allowing us to enjoy an elegant and special time of relaxation surrounded by art. As there seem to be various Room types available, we would love to return and stay in a different Room next time. Thank you very much.

It was our first trip to Okinawa in a while. In the past, we traveled with our children and visited many places, so we didn’t spend much time at the Hotel. Now that we are both in our 60s, we enjoyed a relaxing Multiple Night Stay for two nights. Because it is a remote island a little far from Naha, we could truly feel the authentic, non-touristy Okinawa. Not only was the food wonderful, but being warmly chatted with by the staff was the greatest “reward” of all. We became fans of Kouri Island and One Suite. We would love to visit again.
