After our trip to Furano, we found this Hotel while looking for a place to stay on the way home. Because it’s in the mountains, we were a bit worried about the drive, but it wasn’t far from downtown Ashibetsu, so we arrived without any trouble. We expected an older Facility, but once inside it felt completely modern. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of features younger guests would enjoy. Detox water stations from various brands, a space filled with books, areas to relax and chat, a guest-only lounge, wall art, and exhibits about Yutani Onsen and local coal mine history—there was always something interesting to see. The owl artwork on the wall was especially cute; if there had been any related goods for sale, I would have bought them. After getting out of the bath area, I was disappointed that one spot had that owl covered by a notice—I really wanted to see it. Our Room had a classic Japanese style but was very clean. The tatami mats were fresh and green-blue and felt great. It seemed that the open-air bath and the pot bath used Onsen water. Unfortunately it rained at night, but soaking in the Onsen under cover while listening to the rain was truly relaxing. I feel like I’ve made a connection with Ashibetsu as well—I genuinely want to visit again. I’d definitely recommend this Accommodation to friends and acquaintances. Nice to meet you. This was our older siblings’ once-a-year trip to Tomakomai (meeting up with our cousins in Tomakomai), and we were very satisfied with the complimentary drinks and other services at the Hotel group’s izakaya. We also sincerely appreciate your thoughtful hospitality, including the Hotel ice cream and soba noodles after the Onsen. We look forward to staying with you again.

I searched for an Accommodation around Hommachi, Shinsaibashi, Sakaisuji-Hommachi, and Umeda. Because the Reviews were good, I stayed here—and it was absolutely the right choice. It was a stay between work commitments and I only needed a place to sleep, but the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff at the breakfast venue were all energetic and wonderfully attentive. There were no unnecessary amenities in the Room, so it felt neat and uncluttered. The white-based interior was bright, and perhaps because the lines of the furniture were so clean and straight, it felt spacious. I saw in Reviews that some Rooms have better facilities than those on the top floor, so next time I’d like to stay in one of those. The only disappointing thing was at checkout: there were three front desk staff members there, but no one spoke to me or guided me (“This way, please”). There were no other guests either—so I wondered why. They may have been working on something, but it would have helped if someone had simply said “Please wait a moment.” Since there are many floors, I understand that waiting for the elevator is unavoidable. When I was waiting for the elevator at check-in, the mixed juice prepared in the dining area next to reception was very delicious.

The front desk staff were very kind, and we were especially well taken care of by the restaurant team. When I asked where the nearest convenience store was so I could buy ice for watching a baseball game outdoors, they told me, “We have some here—please take as much as you need.” They gave us plenty, which was a huge help. We would love to stay again.

I wanted to let my grandchildren swim in the ocean for the first time, so after looking around, we chose this Hotel. The sea was very beautiful, and there was also a pool, which was great! There was an indoor play area as well, and my grandchildren seemed very satisfied. We had buffet meals for two days, and the dishes varied a little each day, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. The only disappointment about the bath was that there was no open-air bath, and the water was quite hot, so we couldn’t relax for long. We were a large group and may have been noisy, but all of the staff were very kind and treated us warmly—thank you so much. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied.

Nothing was lacking, and both the in-room bath and the large public bath were clean and easy to use. In fact, the large public bath is more than well equipped, with both a sauna and a stone sauna. It’s a simple Hotel, but there’s nothing missing, the price is reasonable, and I’m very satisfied. Next time I’d like to try the breakfast.

I was happy to be able to choose matcha as the welcome drink. The sweets served were cute and nice. The whole Ryokan had a charming atmosphere and felt very pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It would have been even better if the bath had been maintained a bit more.

Although it was a bit far from the station, there was a convenience store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Facing a main road also made it easy to find. There is no large public bath or Onsen, but the in-room shower had been replaced with a Mirable showerhead, which felt new and nice. The amenity buffet was so well stocked that you could arrive empty-handed without any issues, and there were also pillows to choose from, so I could relax comfortably in an environment close to what I’m used to at home. On the front desk floor, there was a tea dispenser available at all times, and until 6:00 p.m., dumplings were provided as sweets. In addition, several kinds of obanzai and one alcoholic drink were served free of charge until 9:00 p.m., and I felt the complimentary services were very thorough. I booked the No Meals Included Plan but purchased a breakfast voucher on site and had breakfast as well. There was an excellent variety of Shizuoka-style items such as tuna sashimi, whitebait (shirasu), horse mackerel takikomi rice, and grilled eel (kabayaki), more than enough to leave me fully satisfied. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that there wasn’t an ice bucket provided in the room, so I ended up using paper cups at the ice machine, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

Depending on the room number, it may require a bit of walking from the lobby, but since there are only three floors, reaching your room without using the elevator is quite manageable. As it is a considerable distance from Miyako Station without a car, we recommend arriving by car for your accommodation.

We stayed for a business trip, using 3 Rooms for 3 guests. Thank you for arranging the Rooms next to each other. Thank you very much. The Room was clean, and the bath was great as well. There were plenty of amenities, which we really appreciated. The bath additive (Babu) helped relieve our fatigue. We will stay again.

I stayed here because I wanted to visit Dogo Onsen. Before check-in, they contacted me with parking guidance, which was very helpful. The property is within sight of the Dogo Onsen Honkan, and I used the bathing ticket right away. There are many izakayas nearby for dinner, so I enjoyed local dishes. I also visited the Onsen again the next morning and was glad to hear the drum signal. For breakfast, there is a bakery next door that opens from 6:30 and offers eat-in seating, so there was nothing to worry about.\nAt a price low enough to call it a bargain, I fully enjoyed Dogo Onsen.

Conveniently located right next to Hakata Station, this Business Hotel is excellent in every respect. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Fukuoka specialties, and everything was delicious.

This is a very quiet and clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, which was really convenient. Both the bed and the shower room were spacious, so I could relax. I didn’t expect amenities like cleansing oil or toner, but there was a great selection of individually packaged items, and plenty of tea bags as well. The staff were friendly and approached me when I seemed to need help. There are several staff members, so I was assisted without having to wait. If I had to mention anything: The spout on the electric kettle was broken. The shower room had a slight odor (from the drain). Breakfast was a little disappointing. Japanese dishes and drinks were well stocked. The bread, pasta, and salads were excellent and delicious, but it was disappointing that some Western-style side dishes were gone (maybe because they were popular). It might have been better to go earlier.

The petite young lady at the front desk won me over with her smile and warm hospitality.

I stayed for two nights over the weekend. The location was convenient—close to the station, and just one stop to Kanayama by Limited Express. I drove to the Hotel, and it was very helpful that I could park for free both before check-in and after check-out. The Room was clean, and the amenities were plentiful; I was impressed to find different types of charging cables, a microwave, and even croissants available. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options—so many that it was hard to choose—and everything was delicious. I would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay, as we stayed here last year as well. We loved the all-you-can-eat crab, so we came back again this year!! All the other food was also delicious, and I ended up having plenty of salmon roe even more than crab! The bath was wonderfully quiet when we went in early. I’m sure we’ll be back again next year.

This is the best Hotel our family has been using for three generations! We live nearby, but we still choose to stay here. Even though it was a busy season, I was truly impressed that you kindly accommodated our same-day requests to set up a baby guard and arrange a birthday surprise. Every time, the meals are delicious, the Facility and Onsen are spotless and well maintained, and the cleaning is thorough. The staff are always wonderful as well—everything is perfect every visit! It’s a Hotel that makes me want to work hard so we can come back again. We’ll be back!

This was our first stay in three years. While the building is undeniably old, the guest rooms, restaurants, and other facilities inside were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. We chose a Plan with Club Lounge access again this time, and were extremely satisfied with everything—from the staff’s warm smiles to the quality and variety of the food. We originally planned to stay for 3 nights and 4 days, but due to Typhoon No. 18 we had to extend our stay by one night. The staff handled our request for an additional night very courteously and attentively. Being able to add one more night made my wife and children absolutely delighted. It was another highly satisfying trip to Okinawa, and we would definitely like to stay here again on our next family vacation.
