I stayed at this Hotel to participate in the Hida Takayama Ultramarathon. It is conveniently located near the station, the Room was clean, and there is a large public bath, so I had a comfortable stay. The parking lot is also spacious and very convenient, and I would like to stay here again.

There was a Don Quijote nearby, which was very convenient. The location was great, and I would like to stay here again.

This Accommodation is located near a ski resort, and the building feels a bit dated. There was still a faint scent of old tatami in the room, but we didn’t encounter any stink bugs that sometimes appear at mountain lodgings, which was reassuring. The bath is an Onsen with a gentle feel on the skin and a slightly silky texture. I prefer soaking slowly in warm rather than hot water, and the temperature was just right for me. Dinner is served around an irori hearth. There seemed to be a tour-bus group staying that day as well, and the dining area was nearly full. Their menu appeared to be different from ours, but our hearth-grilled dishes were carefully turned at the right time by the attendant, and everything was delicious. This isn’t an Accommodation for those seeking glamour or luxury, but what impressed us most was the very reasonable price. It’s surprisingly affordable for a place listed on IKYU—about the cost of one night at a Business Hotel in Tokyo—and it even includes dinner for two. Considering the cool summer climate and this price point, it was more than satisfying stay.

The luxury of having an open-air bath in the Room. I found myself soaking again and again—at night, in the middle of the night, and in the morning. The meals were beautifully presented and more than plentiful, and I also enjoyed a variety of local sake. And there was the coolness unique to the highlands. In every way, it was a wonderful trip where I truly felt relaxed and unhurried. Thank you very much.

From check-in to the room, everything went smoothly, and the Onsen, coffee, newspapers, breakfast, and parking were all free. There were also plenty of dinner options at the places you recommended, and we were very satisfied. We’ll be switching from other Business Hotels! The staff at check-in and in the breakfast area were very friendly. Thank you.

We stayed here for one night on a trip to Kofu. From the Hotel entrance to the reception, and further back to the lounge, the space was wonderful and truly felt like a high-class Hotel. The Room was also clean and well maintained. What we especially loved was the large public bath with free-flowing Onsen water straight from the source—it was very relaxing. We didn’t dine at the Hotel this time, but we’re looking forward to doing so on our next visit.

As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. True to its name as an Accommodation with Onsen, the hot springs left our skin silky smooth and helped us feel refreshed. The hospitality was also attentive, and thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

A calm building nestled in the countryside, a gentle garden of mixed trees, tall windows, and spacious guest rooms and baths enhanced by indirect lighting—everything felt like an escape from everyday life. It’s a quiet place where adults can truly relax at ease. For our first unmanned check-in, it went smoothly after we entered the required information in advance using the email sent shortly before arrival. We made a Reservation for the breakfast bread set. After check-in, it was neatly placed in the refrigerator. The long-established roast beef was convincingly delicious! The bread was excellent too—and when we wondered where it was from, we found out it came from a famous bakery. That attention to detail really showed their commitment to quality.

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you very much.

The Room is spacious. The bathroom is also large and separate from the toilet. The linens are new and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and is quite tasty. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as affordable coin-operated parking, which is convenient. For that price, no complaints.

We stayed in one of the few Rooms with a private open-air Onsen bath. The interior was very stylish and lovely! Because it’s not a large Facility, we rarely ran into other guests. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel at home. The meals were more than satisfying for us as a couple, and hot dishes were served at just the right time so they wouldn’t cool down. We’ve visited many Onsens, but the milky Onsen here felt so wonderful that we’d love to soak in it again. We were truly impressed to have found such an excellent Accommodation where we could fully enjoy the Onsen!

My husband, daughter, and I travel to Hokkaido every year, and this time we visited Jozankei Onsen for the first time. We had imagined it as an Onsen area popular with large tour groups, but this Ryokan was run by a small team and their service was outstanding. It was the first time in a while that we truly enjoyed both our stay and delicious meals at a Ryokan. Not only the Japanese staff but also the international staff were highly professional in the way they spoke and in their knowledge of the cuisine (ingredients, cooking methods, etc.), and you could clearly see how diligently they are always learning. The lounge on the second floor offered light snacks, late-night bites, and tasty drinks throughout the day, which we enjoyed after bathing. The three of us stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. We have a few minor comments about how the Room is partitioned and that there is no screen on the open-air bath window, but the free-flowing hot spring water from the source was excellent. We didn’t know there was such a Ryokan in Jozankei Onsen where individual travelers could enjoy themselves so much. We would love to visit again in another season.

Having a bathhouse on the first floor was very convenient. It helped me relax and recover from my fatigue.

We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We would love to return, and we would also like to recommend it to someone special. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

We stayed here for our first trip to show appreciation to my parents. Hoping my mother with rheumatoid arthritis could enjoy the Onsen, we chose a Room with a private bath. The food was excellent—especially the broth, which was outstanding, and I ended up drinking all of it with every dish. All of the staff were courteous, and even the cleaning staff stopped to greet us. My mother was very happy as well. We would like to stay here regularly. Thank you very much.

I stayed here the night before visiting Meiji Village. The building might be a bit old, but I was drawn to the natural onsen and made a reservation. It was the first day of a three-day weekend, but the bath after check-in was not crowded, so I could relax. I used the microwave to heat up dinner that I brought to eat in my room, but since someone else was using it, I had trouble until a staff member at the front desk kindly offered to warm it for me there. The room's table was a small portable one, which I've never seen even in business hotels before. Not having face towels available was also inconvenient. At the hotel where I stayed the next day, bath towels were prepared separately near the front desk; it would be nice if they could do that here as well. The staff's service overall was very pleasant and accommodating. If I stay again, I'll make sure to bring my own towels!

Conveniently located near the subway exit. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast smoothie and mango yogurt were delicious. The soup curry was spicy and tasty. One disappointing thing was that when I opened the toilet lid, there was a sewage smell, and it persisted throughout my stay.
