Everything was excellent overall. The location is right in front of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach. We enjoyed a luxurious stay with our dog. The BBQ ingredients were also very delicious. It would be nice to have lights by the pool and a microwave. We would like to visit again.

I had made a Reservation last October but had to Cancel the Reservation due to circumstances, and this time we finally made it happen. Since only a “no meals” room was available, and we didn’t want to be tied down by time on the way there, we stopped by a supermarket and picked up food for three meals. We knew there was a microwave at the Accommodation, so we also ate things like retort curry. There is a two-door refrigerator installed in the closet, so it keeps items fairly cold. It’s definitely worth making use of. However, there are no dishes provided, so I recommend bringing disposable plates (and chopsticks/spoons). Also, there is no coffee or tea provided, so if you need them, it’s best to bring your own (there are no cups either). The room is a 6-tatami-size room as shown in the photos, but you have to lay out and put away the futon yourself. For older guests, that may feel a bit tough. We stayed three nights and there was no cleaning service. This was explained at check-in (including the points above), so we accepted it. Each morning we put our trash outside the door before going out; honestly, it became more stressful than expected because you need to be mindful of basic sorting. It’s reasonable and within common sense—but still. Two issues stood out. The mattress futon was extremely thin—like what people call a “rice cracker.” There were four futons available, so my husband and I used two each, but we could still feel the tatami through them. We even added the cushions provided in the room underneath, but it barely helped. I have lower back pain and chose Nagayu Onsen for that reason, so this was difficult for me. It may be time to replace them. Also regarding the safe: it is attached as part of the room key set-up but appears broken and unusable—now seemingly used as a TV stand instead. In this situation, I think it should be listed as “no safe.” And these days especially, having an in-room safe feels essential—so I strongly hope this will be improved. For these reasons I rated it 4 stars. Lastly—and most importantly—my husband and I were truly impressed by the manager’s personality: very friendly and considerate (just my personal impression). They also guided us about reserving/using the private family bath(s), which allowed us to use everything with peace of mind. The Onsen was wonderfully relaxing and high quality; we were able to share precious time together as a couple. If possible, we would love to stay again—thank you very much!

The sauna was excellent. There were loaner sauna hats by the sink, plenty of aroma oils for löyly, and the temperature gets quite high, which was great. It was also nice to have plenty of towels! We stayed in Room 202, and the sauna room is a bit small. It has two tiers, and it’s wide enough for two adults to sit side by side. There’s a refrigerator right before the door from the Room to the sauna area, so it’s easy to grab drinks. As for service, all of the staff were very pleasant. We came by car, but since it’s Azabu-Juban, all nearby coin parking lots around the Hotel were expensive, so I wished there were a partnered parking option. Public transportation might be best. We ordered the motsunabe course via room service. The food was carefully prepared, generous in portion size, and very delicious. The refrigerator was extremely well stocked and really lifted my mood! There was mineral water throughout the Room so we never ran out of water, and we also enjoyed Oropo. However, since we used a Room with only one bathtub, you have to fill it as a cold bath after showering, which may feel a bit inconvenient. Even if small, I would have liked a separate tub just for cold baths (maybe some suites have one). The shower head, hair dryer, hair iron straightener, and curling iron were all ReFa products, which made me happy. It felt better than bringing my own. Next time I’d like to stay in a top-floor Room with a balcony. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I was looking for accommodation near Numazu Station to enjoy Shizuoka oden. The accommodation was very reasonably priced, and the room had a microwave, so I could buy oden, heat it up, and enjoy it—absolutely perfect. I will definitely stay here again when I crave Shizuoka oden!

The front desk staff were kind, and it helped me relax after a long day. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much.

The breakfast-free Plan was reasonably priced for what it offered. However, I was surprised when a foreign housekeeping staff member knocked and entered the Room while I was getting ready to leave before checkout the next morning. They left immediately after noticing someone was inside, but I briefly felt unsafe. I would like them to make sure checkout has been confirmed before entering.

I couldn’t believe a place like this was here, but it really is tucked away in a residential neighborhood. It’s near the well-known Fresh Tamori in Hanamaki, behind a pachinko parlor. I was impressed by the long row of trailer houses, and checked in at an unmanned counter—making a few mistakes on the unfamiliar touch panel along the way. The room is small, but perfectly comfortable for No Meals Included. You can pick up food at nearby Fresh Tamori or 7-Eleven, and there were no noise issues between neighboring units. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Hanamaki City!

The facility was clean, and the Onsen was excellent. The Onsen includes an open-air bath and a sauna. When my husband requested to go for an early morning run before the official opening hours, the staff kindly accommodated his request. Breakfast was buffet-style with a satisfying variety of dishes. The warm simmered dishes and dried daikon radish were delicious, and there were plenty of drink options as well. The milk, likely from the local Yatsugatake area, was rich and flavorful. The autumn leaves around the Hotel were stunningly beautiful. I would love to stay here again!

Large public bath available; free parking. The building is old, but the Rooms have been renovated and are clean. The large public bath was empty by chance so it wasn’t an issue, but it’s quite small, so it’s best to go when it’s less crowded.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the welcome coffee was—was it Doutor? I’d love to stay again.

I stayed here after my last day of work. When I asked the front desk staff about places still open at this hour where I could drink Akita's local sake like "Yuki no Bosha" or other options, they said, "If you just want to drink local sake, the nearby supermarket sells it. They probably have small bottles of Yuki no Bosha too. Since it's snowing heavily and the izakaya is quite far, it might be tough to go there and come back. It’s better not to risk it." They also gave me a map just in case. At first, I was surprised by their suggestion, but after dropping off my luggage and walking outside, I understood! I went to the supermarket instead, bought some sake, and enjoyed it with kimchi in my room. Thanks to their advice, I avoided any accidents. The room was clean and satisfying! The water temperature was adjustable manually—it wasn’t a big deal since I'm used to that. Thank you very much!

We stayed here during Golden Week. The price was not a special rate, yet it included two meals for one night at this cost. We arrived without high expectations, but although the building is old, it was well cleaned, and all the staff were polite with excellent service. The food was also very delicious. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay again.

The bath is a bit old-fashioned, but the Onsen water was wonderfully silky and excellent. As others have mentioned, the building is older and has quite a few stairs, but it has been nicely renovated and thoroughly cleaned, so it didn’t bother us and we were comfortable. The Accommodation staff were also very kind.

The single room is spacious enough and conveniently equipped with a small sofa and table. The overall color scheme is chic, giving a calm impression. The cleanliness is also commendable. With a buffet-style breakfast included at this price, I am considering staying here again if possible.

The Hotel is conveniently located near Hatchobori Station. For those with carry-on cases, it would be even better to provide access information from Exit 2, which has an elevator. *It took less than a 3-minute walk from the Hotel to Exit 2.

I stayed here. Considering it’s a multi-level facility, the price was affordable. There is also paid parking on the ground floor. Overall, there was nothing to complain about. Thank you.

I stayed here during a solo trip. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a lovely space—clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff in the shared area chatted with me a lot, which made me really happy. It’s my best memory from the trip. I’ll be back. Thank you!

It was great that I was able to find an Accommodation in Yamanaka Onsen, considering the rental car parking, my husband’s Accommodation, and a place for me to take a nap while I was on the KAGASPA Trail with him. Check-in was from 15:00, but you kindly let me in early so I could rest—thank you. Since I didn’t have time to enjoy the Onsen or anything else, I’m sorry that I can’t really share much feedback.

The staff were very kind, and we had a pleasant stay. They were also friendly to our dog, and there was a larger toilet suitable for male dogs. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the human beds, so it’s recommended to bring your own bedding for your pet. Next time, I’d like to try the sauna as well.
