Stayed for 1 night and 2 days from December 31. The purpose was to visit a shrine for New Year's and see the first sunrise, and it was great that these were within walking distance from the ryokan. The location was excellent, but even more so, the meals were delicious! There were many dishes, all very tasty, leaving us completely satisfied! The staff's smiles were wonderful, and they guided our car and saw us off until the end despite strong winds. This is a ryokan that makes you want to visit again. Highly recommended!

I stayed on 2026/8/9. Thanks to the staff’s attentive service and their warm, understated smiles, I had a very comfortable stay. The policy seemed to be “smart, unobtrusive service,” and it truly was excellent. There may be many luxury Hotels, but the comfort here was far superior to the Hotel with a large local products market where I stayed the next day. The Room was bright and spotless, access to the station and sightseeing spots was great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby—overall, it was simply outstanding. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Both the cuisine and the service are excellent. The Room has a traditional Japanese farmhouse style, and we were able to relax.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful assistance from the time we requested a change from no meals to meals included with our Reservation. It truly felt like an old castle in the forest, and the Room had a wonderful atmosphere. Above all, the baths—especially the open-air bath—had silky-smooth water, and I wanted to soak in it every day. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, and as expected of Niigata, the food was absolutely delicious.

Perhaps because it was before the Obon holidays, it wasn’t crowded, and we were able to enjoy the Onsen almost as if it were private, which made for a very relaxing stay. Although the water was clear and colorless, black mineral deposits formed in it, and it warmed us up wonderfully. The Room was well cleaned, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied overall. It was a bit disappointing that there is a step between the lobby and the elevator to the guest rooms. This is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again when visiting Fukushima.

It was great to find an affordable place to stay near American Village. If I had to mention one thing, there was no space by the pillow, so it was hard to find a place for my phone and glasses. I would appreciate it if you could add a small shelf or table.

It’s close to Haneda. I usually bring it with me, but I forgot my makeup remover. The Hotel didn’t have any. If you bring your own, there’s no problem.\nThe Room was a bit noisy, so I woke up occasionally. If I stay again, I’ll make sure to arrive tired enough to sleep well.

The guest rooms and lobby were clean and pleasant. I was also happy that the TV was large! The staff were cheerful and kind!

It was a quiet and relaxing accommodation. The lobby and terrace were also beautiful. In most hotels, the air conditioning doesn't work well, making it too cold or too hot at night, which often disrupts sleep, but this place was very comfortable.

We stayed here as a couple during Golden Week. Above all, we were truly impressed by how wonderful the meals were. Luxurious ingredients you can only enjoy here—such as Kesennuma’s famous shark fin and shark—were served, and everything was delicious. We were moved by each and every dish. We’re originally from Shikoku and regularly enjoy fresh seafood, but the abalone sashimi and oysters in particular were exceptional—an unforgettable taste. The Accommodation was spotless throughout, and the garden was beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. At breakfast, you kindly shared various stories about Oshima, and when we left, everyone waved to us until we were out of sight. Your warm hospitality left us feeling genuinely touched. This is a lovely Accommodation where you can truly relax, and it will stay with us for a long time. We took walks around the area in both the morning and evening, and found great comfort in the birdsong, the star-filled sky, the clear air, and the unhurried island pace of life. Within walking distance is Jūhachi Naruhama Beach (designated a Natural Monument), well worth a visit. (It’s a mysterious beach that makes a squeaking sound when you walk on it.) Our only regret is that we arrived just in time for check-in this trip and left early in the morning. Since we live far away we can’t visit often, but next time we would love to stay longer at a more relaxed pace. Thank you very much to everyone at the Accommodation!

This was the Accommodation we stayed at on the third day of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Niigata (Sado, Murakami Senami, and Niigata City). We were very pleased with the Shuttle Service, the staff’s hospitality, and the delicious dinner (the sashimi was especially fresh, and the salmon chanchan-yaki and ochazuke were outstanding). If I had to mention one thing, there were quite a few salty items at breakfast, so I think it would be fine to have fewer dishes. The bath was a little hot, but it left us feeling refreshed and invigorated afterward. It felt like a great value—an Accommodation where you can stay this comfortably even at an affordable price. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

Judging from the exterior photos of the building, I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but I was truly impressed by the attentive service. The view of Tanzan Shrine from the Room was as beautiful as a postcard. On the day of my stay, I was told there would be an illumination at Tanzan Shrine, and I was moved to see the fantastical buildings and cherry blossoms. When I mentioned that I would go for an early-morning walk, they kindly prepared shoes for me even though it was 6:00 a.m., and they were waiting for me when I returned. At breakfast, while enjoying ozoni served with local kinako, I also heard various stories about the area from the staff. After attending morning worship at Tanzan Shrine and strolling around the grounds for a while before returning to the Hotel, they even drove me in their Shuttle Service despite how close the parking lot was. The building does show its history in places, but it’s clear that careful attention has been paid to details such as renovated bathrooms, toilets, and windows. The cleaning is also extremely thorough. It was a wonderful Accommodation.

I stayed here after looking for a budget-friendly place at the last minute. The amenities were fine, though there were no towels provided. The breakfast toast sandwich was incredibly delicious, and I’d love to have it again. The family-run atmosphere, with small children around, made the stay feel very cozy and welcoming. The Room and unit bath were clean, so I had no issues staying here. One minor disappointment was that I expected a family bath based on the website but found it out of service. Also, since it's not an extremely hot area, there was no air conditioning; however, having at least a fan would have been nice for slightly warm afternoons.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. Thanks to your consideration regarding breakfast time, we were able to enjoy climbing Mt. Tsurugi and Mt. Jirogyu without any issues. A heartfelt thank you to all the Hotel staff!

The room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness, which was great. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

We stayed for a 4-night Multiple Night Stay over Golden Week with our family of five. - Affordable rates - Can stay long-term in one Room for 5–6 people - Great location - New and clean - Kitchen included - Washer-dryer available This Hotel had everything we wanted. There are only 18 guest Rooms in total, with just two Rooms per floor, so we didn’t notice noise from neighboring guests. The front desk is unmanned. Both the entrance key and Room key are smart locks (PIN code type), which made coming and going much easier for a large group than using cards or physical keys. It’s well suited for family trips or group travel with friends. It’s not ideal for a resort-style stay. There is no dining area, but there are convenience stores nearby, as well as a cafe that opens at 7:00, a pork-and-egg rice ball shop, and a soba shop that opens at 8:00, so breakfast was never an issue. There are paid parking lots within a short walk for JPY 1,100 or JPY 1,200 per day. During our trip, Okinawa entered the rainy season. Since this Hotel is next to an arcade shopping street, we could enjoy Kokusai-dori and “senbero” without getting wet in the rain. Our ratings: Room & amenities: 4 stars (no pajamas provided) Service: 3 stars (unmanned) Onsen / bath: 4 stars (no large public bath) Facility & equipment: 4 stars (no dining restaurant) Even without those features it wasn’t inconvenient at all, so overall satisfaction is 5 stars.

I stayed at this Hotel for a live event trip. At first, I was a bit worried about the self check-in and check-out process, but everything was explained kindly, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. The kitchen and appliances were fully equipped and very convenient.

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The bathroom felt smaller than I expected. There was a noticeable difference between the crowding information and what it was actually like. Overall, I’m satisfied!

Everything was even better than I expected. Above all, the open-air bath in the Room was outstanding. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.
