As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. Given the great reviews, we had high expectations—and they were exceeded! The entire facility was spotless; pet carts and diapers were provided free of charge; and the spacious dog run was available without overlap with other guests due to slightly bad weather—a big plus for us.

I was looking for a Hotel around Lake Toya where I could stay with my dog, and chose this Hotel— it was truly an outstanding experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that although you should be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the bath, the outside view was blocked for privacy reasons. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay with our dog. I would love to visit again!

We visited with my son’s family. Traveling with our 8-month-old baby, we had some concerns, but even though we made Reservations for two Rooms on different dates, the staff kindly arranged for us to dine together and showed thoughtful care in many situations, which made our stay truly enjoyable. I really loved the room interior. Enjoying Pierre Hermé desserts in the lounge at tea time was wonderful, and the lounge’s evening atmosphere was so lovely that dinner was especially memorable. The Mountain Lights right in front of the Hotel were also beautiful. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, has a lively atmosphere, and is delicious.
