Take the Kyoto Municipal Subway Karasuma Line from JR Kyoto Station and get off at Shijo Station. About a 6-minute walk from Shijo Station.
There is an underground passage along Shijo-dori, which is convenient in bad weather. The nearest exit is currently Exit 14. *Exit 13 is under construction.
