    Pure happiness: enjoying unlimited draft beer after a soak while looking out over Lake Tateshina. Sipping draft beer in the stylish lounge with a DEAN & DELUCA-like vibe after the Onsen was the best—just pleasantly tipsy. Watching the ever-changing lake view from the Room was truly soothing. The Room was also lovely and spotless. There was a coffee machine, and even the cups were DEAN & DELUCA—very stylish. The indirect lighting was great, and the mattress was comfortable.The Onsen was free-flowing and not crowded, which was wonderful.Dinner is served in the dining area. The all-you-can-drink option included delicious chilled sake, and we were very satisfied with the food.Breakfast felt like it included many pre-made items, but considering the price, there’s nothing to complain about.The staff were kind, and I saw the manager handling everything from breakfast service to the lounge and front desk—it was genuinely pleasant service. I’d love to visit again.

  • Completely satisfied with everything.

    I am truly grateful for the wonderful service. I was deeply impressed by the staff’s kindness and warm hospitality. As we stayed on a weekday before the holiday period, the atmosphere throughout the property was very calm. All the other guests also seemed relaxed and at ease, and it made for a lovely time. The meals were absolutely delicious, and drinks naturally went down easily. Just as I was thinking, “What should I have next?”, a member of the dining staff would casually come by and prepare my next drink. The Onsen was also impeccably cleaned and well maintained—everything was attentive in every way—and it became a perfect Clear & refresh for both mind and body. When I visit Tateshina again, I would love to stay with you again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

    The name has been changed to "Hotel Grand Resort Tateshina - Riku -".

    As we celebrate our 1st anniversary,
    “Hotel Grand Resort Tateshina” has been renamed
    “Hotel Grand Resort Tateshina Rikuu.”

    The name “Rikuu” is a special one we have cherished for about a year since our opening.

    “Ri” reflects the jewel-like clarity of Lake Tateshina and the beautiful mountain ranges that surround it.
    “Kuu” reflects the endlessly expansive, clear skies of Tateshina.

    With this name, we express our wish to be a place where you can be embraced by Tateshina’s nature,
    forget the busyness of everyday life, and truly refresh your mind and body.

    Our goal is not simply to be a Hotel where you stay overnight, but a place where you can enjoy nature itself in Tateshina and spend time that gently unwinds your heart.

    As “Rikuu,” we will continue striving to be a Hotel that supports your precious journeys,
