Notice Regarding Noise and Our Measures
Our Accommodation is located close to a natural environment and is usually quiet. However, during the year-end and New Year holidays, long weekends, certain late-night hours, or while events are being held nearby, unexpected noise may occur due to vehicles on surrounding roads.
Such noise is outside our control, and it may be difficult to predict or manage when it will occur or how long it will last.
Measures We Take at Our Accommodation
- We strive to inform guests in advance about the location characteristics and situations that may occur during events.
- If we receive a report regarding noise, we will promptly check the situation.
- If necessary, we will work with Reservation sites and relevant organizations and respond in good faith.
Request for Your Understanding
Please understand that sudden and temporary ambient sounds from the surrounding area (traffic noise, natural sounds, everyday neighborhood sounds, etc.) may not be considered a Facility defect of the Accommodation.
However, if we determine that your stay was significantly affected, we will confirm the situation and consider an appropriate response in accordance with the policies of each Reservation site.
We will do our utmost to ensure a comfortable stay. We kindly ask that you make your Reservation with an understanding of our location characteristics.
