  • This Room features a private Onsen.

    This is my second stay.The Room is thoroughly cleaned, feels very fresh, and is extremely comfortable.However, the stairs are steep and there are steps, so it may be a bit difficult for guests with weak legs or mobility issues.That said, the best part is that natural Onsen water comes directly from the bathroom faucet.It’s a private Onsen bathroom.The water temperature is just right, so you can soak and relax at your own pace.Lake Suwa spreads out right in front of you across the road from the building—amazing views.It was cherry blossom season, and we were able to enjoy hanami at a leisurely pace.It was a very comfortable trip.

  • Beautiful interior and in a perfect location.

    It’s in a great location by the lake. You can still sense that it used to be a love hotel, but you can also see the effort and investment that went into turning it into a Resort Hotel. The price is affordable. If that bothers you, feel free to spend a lot more elsewhere. If you appreciate Japanese thoughtfulness, you’ll find good value and satisfying service here.

    In accordance with Nagano Prefecture regulations, an Accommodation Tax will be charged for stays from June 1, 2026 onward as outlined below.

    ・Accommodation Tax Overview
    If the Accommodation Fee (excluding tax) per person per night is JPY 6,000 or more,
    an Accommodation Tax of JPY 200 per person will be charged separately.

    *No tax applies if it is less than JPY 6,000.

    ・Definition of the Accommodation Fee
    The taxable Accommodation Fee excludes meal charges, consumption tax, Hot Spring Tax, etc.,
    and is the total of the “No Meals Included rate and Service Fee.”

    ・Payment
    The Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee.
    Please pay it separately at check-in.
