Additional Notes Requests for Guests (Chitose Vacation Rental / goodRAC stay KYOTO KAMEOKA – Common Guidelines) [1] About Your Stay This Accommodation is a fully private rental. From check-in to check-out, you can enjoy your time in complete privacy without interacting with other guests. The property includes the Main House and an ANNEX, each with its own separate bedroom, bathroom, and toilet. You are welcome to use the entire property, including the courtyard; however, for safety reasons, please refrain from using open fires or charcoal. [2] For Guests Bringing Pets Pets are allowed under certain conditions. If you wish to bring a pet, please be sure to consult us in advance. Indoors, pets are only permitted inside a crate in the Main House living room. Please bring your own crate. Pets are not allowed to roam freely indoors. Pets may be on the terrace. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay. [3] Noise & Consideration for Neighbors This Accommodation is located in a peaceful rural area surrounded by nature and is operated with the understanding and cooperation of local residents. - Please refrain from loud noise or voices at night (after 9:00 PM). - Parties and BBQs in the courtyard should end around 9:00 PM. - When using speakers or music equipment outdoors, please keep the volume at a level considerate of nearby residents. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this calm environment. [4] Smoking Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire Facility. - Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas (such as the terrace). - Please ensure proper fire safety and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. - Littering is strictly prohibited. [5] Safety & Care of Amenities/Equipment - Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and for managing valuables. - If any amenities or equipment are damaged, we may request reimbursement for actual costs. We appreciate your consideration so that families with children can also stay safely and comfortably. [6] Check-in/Check-out & Number of Guests - Please Check Reservation details for check-in/check-out times shown at the time of Reservation. - Entry by anyone other than registered guests is not permitted. - If we confirm use exceeding the number of guests on your Reservation, additional charges may apply or we may refuse accommodation. [7] Staying in a Natural Environment - Due to our nature-rich location, insects or small animals may appear depending on the season. - Courtyard activities may be restricted due to weather conditions such as rain or strong winds. - Activities such as stargazing or camping experiences may be canceled due to weather. We hope you will enjoy these aspects unique to staying close to nature. [8] Use of Rental Items & Outdoor Equipment BBQ Equipment / Pizza Oven We provide cassette-gas BBQ equipment and a pizza oven free of charge. After use, we would appreciate it if you could wash them as much as possible before returning them. We also ask for your cooperation with light washing of tableware. [9] Use of ANNEX ANNEX 1 is available at all times. [10] Kitchen Use The kitchen is located only in the Main House (Main House). There are no kitchen facilities in the ANNEX; however, it can be used for light purposes such as: → heating food in a microwave / boiling water / enjoying tea or drinks Refrigerators are provided in both the Main House and ANNEX 1.
