Located right in front of Utsumi Coast Beach, our accommodation offers a unique blend of condominium and Ryokan styles. All rooms feature ocean views, and you can also enjoy a panoramic view of the sea from our large natural Onsen bath. ~ Our cuisine features carefully selected ingredients chosen daily by our head chef ~ Blessed with warm Kuroshio currents and a mild climate, Minami Chita is surrounded by Mikawa Bay and Ise Bay, offering an abundance of fresh seafood delivered daily from local ports. The proximity to both sea and hills allows guests to savor fresh seafood as well as mountain delicacies, prepared skillfully by our head chef based on the day's freshest ingredients. Both dinner and breakfast are highly praised by our guests. Enjoy dishes like flavorful dashi-maki tamago that melts in your mouth or freshly steamed rice cooked individually for each guest in special pots—every bite accompanied by deliciously fragrant steam! The sea right in front of us wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to relax and take our time. Breakfast was delicious as well—highly recommended for anyone looking for a laid-back stay.

Just step down the stairs (or slope) in front of our facility, and you're on the sandy beach! In summer, head straight to the sea in your swimsuit! During other seasons, enjoy a stroll along the shore or fishing.
A large public bath where you can enjoy the sunset sinking into the sea. The brown-colored water, carrying the scent of the ocean, is known as a therapeutic spring and warms your body from within even with a short soak. In summer, head straight to the bath after enjoying swimming in the sea! Relax your tired body while listening to the sound of waves and gazing at the ocean.
Cuisine to Enjoy the Nature of Chita
Carefully selected seasonal ingredients freshly caught on the same day! Chita's charm lies in its proximity to both the sea and hills, allowing you to enjoy seafood and mountain delicacies at once. We wholeheartedly provide hospitality so that you can fall even more in love with Chita's ocean and our inn. During winter, you can also savor dishes made with locally sourced tiger puffer fish (torafugu).
All rooms offer a stunning ocean view.

We offer Ryokan-style Japanese rooms and condominium-style rooms, so please make a reservation according to your needs and group size. *Our facility is entirely non-smoking.
