In July 2024, a new annex allowing BBQ will open! All cottages permit dogs to roam freely! The natural grass dog run is also highly popular.

Our Property features five brand-new cottages with private dog runs, opened in 2023, as well as ten cottages facing a spacious natural grass dog run. All 15 cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi, offering excellent connectivity for a comfortable stay! We take special care to maintain cleanliness in every cottage to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. In July 2024, our annex will OPEN! Located about a 5-minute drive from our Property, we have purchased an additional 60-tsubo plot of land next to the annex building. This space will include an expanded dog run and a gazebo where you can enjoy BBQs at your leisure without worrying about time. The artificial grass dog run also allows for up to two tents to be set up, making it easy to enjoy an outdoor atmosphere—already a big hit! The annex is perfect for large groups, making it especially recommended for families and groups. *For stays with six or more guests, please contact our Property directly.

    At Kabata Resort, we’ve successfully finished cleaning the pool today!

    Starting tomorrow, Saturday, June 20, the pool will be open!
    Cool off this summer with your dog in our refreshing pool.

    The pool is available for private use in 1-hour time slots.

    ■ Small/Medium dogs: 2,000 yen
    ■ Large dogs: 3,000 yen

    * Private-use Reservation required. Please bring your own swimsuit.
    * At least one owner must enter the pool with the dog (1,000 yen per person).

    - For small groups: Please register at reception upon arrival—no advance Reservation needed.
    - For larger groups: To reduce congestion and ensure smooth service, please make a Reservation by phone in advance.

    We have completed a major renovation across all five buildings, Buildings A through E, to make your stay even more comfortable!

    ● Dramatically upgraded bathroom facilities!

    We have replaced the previous unit bath with the highly requested separate bath and toilet layout.
    The toilet is equipped with the latest washlet bidet and heated seat.
    We also removed the sink and installed a clean, easy-to-use vanity.

    ● The wood deck is now all-weather!

    Our popular wood deck has been upgraded as well:
    • Tables have been refinished and coated for a like-new shine
    • New window glass has been installed!

    Now you can enjoy BBQ or hot pot comfortably without worrying about the weather—even on cold winter days or windy days.
