Notice from the Accommodation

  • Kamoike-so

    [Important] Temporary Suspension of General Accommodation Reservations at Kamoike-so During the Winter Season

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Green Park Santo.

    We will begin accepting Accommodation Reservations for December starting September 1; however, for Kamoike-so, we are currently accepting long-term Multiple Night Stay Reservations from corporate groups. Therefore, during the period below, we will temporarily suspend new Accommodation Reservations and stays for individual guests.

    December 20, 2026 (Sun) – March 31, 2027 (Wed)

    Reservations will be accepted as usual for stays through December 19, 2026 (Sat), and for stays from April 1, 2027 (Thu) onward.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests considering a stay at Kamoike-so, and we appreciate your kind understanding.

    We look forward to welcoming you again at Green Park Santo.
