Enjoy the natural beauty of the seasons while soaking in our 22-meter-long open-air Onsen with 100% natural brown hot spring water flowing directly from the source. The indoor bath features a different type of spring water with no color and a sulfur scent for variety. Our rooms with private panoramic baths and private Onsen facilities also use the same 100% natural brown hot spring water as our large public baths, making them perfect for those seeking privacy or families looking to relax together. In April 2024, we will open a Finnish-style high-temperature sauna for an enhanced wellness experience. For dinner, savor Shinshu cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients served in your room at your leisure. Unwind while gazing at the serene stream of Susobana River and enjoy moments of pure relaxation.
We stayed in a guest room with a private rock bath fed directly from the hot spring source. The water quality was among the best three we’ve ever experienced, and we could enjoy it 24 hours a day—absolutely satisfying! The staff were also very welcoming, and we had a truly enjoyable stay.

Needless to say, I then enjoyed a delicious beer on the terrace.The Room bath was also fed directly from the hot spring source (free-flowing), and I was very satisfied. One request: if there were a sponge or towel for washing the body, it would be six stars.The meals were served in the Room, so we could enjoy them without worrying about others. This is one Accommodation I’d like to visit again. My wife liked it too.

Additionally, the three rooms named "Mizubasho," "Hyakkei," and "Katakuri" are special suites equipped with private panoramic baths. Each type is limited to one room per day, accommodating up to three groups daily. In these panoramic baths, you can indulge in 100% natural Onsen water directly sourced from the spring, featuring its unique brown hue. While admiring views of the valley, immerse yourself in a luxurious stay filled with soothing baths, exquisite cuisine, and serene tranquility.
We offer multiple onsen experiences, including the natural amber-colored "Kohaku no Yu" with 100% pure hot spring water flowing directly from the source. Some indoor baths feature a separate spring with colorless, transparent water and a faint sulfur aroma. After bathing, your skin will feel smooth and moisturized, which is especially popular among female guests. Additionally, you can enjoy drinking the onsen water to experience its benefits from within. For added privacy and comfort, we also provide reservable private baths, ideal for families with small children or elderly guests.
Our accommodation features chefs specializing in Japanese, Chinese, and French cuisine, offering dishes that transcend genres and are delicious for everyone to enjoy. We carefully select the finest ingredients from Shinshu, including Shinshu beef and Shinshu salmon, crafting each dish to highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. For breakfast, we serve our special "Uruoikan Porridge," cooked with onsen water. The gentle texture and subtle saltiness unique to onsen water provide a soothing start to your morning. Our flavors are loved by guests of all ages and have received high praise from those staying with us.

| Your child | You can stay. For guests categorized as "Infants without meals and bedding," a facility usage fee of 1,500 yen will be charged for children aged 3 years and above but below elementary school age. No fee is required for children under 3 years old.
