  • Information on Hot Water Supply Hours

    At Solana Izu Kogen, hot-water supply hours for the shower and open-air bath during your stay are as follows.

    [Regular hot-water supply hours]
    Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: 6:00–24:00
    Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 15:00–24:00

    [Notice regarding Facility inspection days]
    Due to Facility inspections, the Onsen in the open-air bath will be supplied to each Room using water from the Onsen tank; however, the available volume is limited.
    Therefore, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, please refrain from using continuous-flow (kakenagashi) bathing. When using the open-air bath on these days, please fill the tub before use.

    If the following day is a public holiday, hot water will be supplied as usual from 15:00–24:00.

    [Special periods]
    There are no suspension days during the periods below.

    - Spring break: March 25 – April 7
    - Summer break: July 25 – August 31
    - Year-end/New Year period: From December 25 onward, Wednesdays will follow normal supply hours
    - December 30 – January 5: Daily hot-water supply from 6:00–24:00
