Located at the foot of the northern slope of Mount Kosha in Okushinano, SBC RESORT KIJIMADAIRA offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Iiyama Basin from its lobby. The area is surrounded by refreshing rural landscapes that change with the seasons and is renowned nationwide as a producer of delicious rice. In front of our hotel lies the Sekita Mountain Range, while behind it, you can see Mount Kosha and the entirety of Kijimadaira. The scenery during sunrise and sunset is particularly stunning, offering moments filled with awe. We provide rooms with excellent views showcasing seasonal colors, as well as mountain-side rooms facing ski slopes. Guests can choose from three types of accommodations: Japanese-Western style rooms, Western-style rooms, or Japanese-style rooms. Our large public bath features an open-air bath, jacuzzi, reclining baths, and sauna facilities. Additionally, dinner includes a one-hour all-you-can-drink service (including alcohol). Relax and unwind during your stay to rejuvenate yourself. While winter sports are a highlight here, nearby facilities such as campgrounds/BBQ houses, tennis courts, sports grounds, and an indoor pool make this resort hotel enjoyable for both adults and children throughout all seasons. Our hotel also features an on-site beauty clinic—the first in the beauty industry within a resort hotel—allowing guests to "become beautiful while enjoying their stay."   • A Highly Satisfying Ski Stay

    Our stay for three men, all turning 72 this year, was very enjoyable. - We could park right in front of the Hotel, and the lift ticket counter is connected to the front desk. The 1-day pass was inexpensive (about half the price of other ski resorts), and Accommodation guests also received a 500-yen discount. - Both the Room and the large public bath were spacious, so we could relax. The dinner buffet included 1 hour of all-you-can-drink, and although there was no all-you-can-eat crab option, dishes were replenished quickly when they ran out, which we enjoyed. - A few points to consider: the air conditioner in the Room was quite noisy, and there were no chairs in the ski locker room. Also, the shop’s refrigerator only had ice cream and no ice; unfortunately, a store diagonally across from the parking lot had sold out of ice as well. All of the Southeast Asian staff at both reception and the restaurant were very pleasant—thank you for a wonderful ski trip.

  • Family Trip

    The staff were kind, the ski slopes were right in front, the sashimi was fresh, and the crab and roast beef were delicious. There was an Onsen and a heated pool, which made it a great experience. The only issue was that I wasn't used to the pillow, which caused some neck pain. Overall, I am very satisfied.

    We are pleased to report that the issue with our in-house boiler system has been fully resolved.

    Hot water is now available in all guest rooms, and the large public bath is also operating as usual.

    Accordingly, we have resumed accepting new Reservations on all booking sites and on our official website, which had been temporarily suspended.

    Day-use bathing services have also resumed and are available as normal from today.
