At our facility, blessed with mountains and rivers, you can savor exquisite dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as wild vegetables in spring, natural sweetfish in summer, matsutake mushrooms in autumn, and wild boar hot pot in winter. Enjoy your meal while taking in the natural scenery that changes with the seasons.

Our facility is nestled in a serene, nature-rich mountain area. Within the premises, you can enjoy a campfire square, a barbecue area, a pond with swimming koi fish, and a fishing spot—all surrounded by lush greenery and gentle streams.

Approximately 15 minutes by car from Mino-shi Station and Mino IC. Our facility offers convenient access by train or car, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.

Our Ryokan features an annex, detached rooms, and a spacious hall, all in a traditional Japanese style. Recently, the presence of Japanese-style rooms in homes and apartments has decreased, but here, you can enjoy the warmth of wood, the scent of tatami, and the comfort of futons. From your Room, you can also view lush greenery. Stretch out on the tatami and relax.

    Autumn is here—the season to savor its finest flavors.

    At Izumiso Ryokan, we are offering a special upgraded course for October 2026 only: our Standard Kaiseki enhanced with matsutake mushrooms.

    Dinner features a 9-course kaiseki meal showcasing autumn delicacies, including an individual Hida beef sukiyaki on a ceramic hot plate with matsutake, dobin-mushi (matsutake steamed in an earthenware teapot), and fried matsutake.

    Enjoy the rich aroma of matsutake, premium Hida beef, and other seasonal ingredients—one dish at a time, at your own pace.

    For your trip to Mino in autumn, treat yourself to a moment of seasonal indulgence.
