Located at the northwestern tip of Kyushu, Hirado City in Nagasaki Prefecture is a town recognized as a World Heritage Site. During the late Edo period, it is said that prominent figures such as Yoshida Shoin, Katsu Kaishu, Saigo Takamori, and Sakamoto Ryoma secretly gathered in the small port town of Tasuke. In this historic town lies a unique Property, 【Hirado Orenchi】, which accommodates only one group per day. The building is a compact two-story structure. It was opened with the aim of addressing vacant house issues and revitalizing the local community by minimally renovating an empty house into a Property. A distinctive feature is the garage on the first floor, allowing guests traveling by motorcycle or bicycle to safely park their vehicles indoors. The first floor also includes a shower booth, a mini kitchen, and a bar counter-style space. The interior and lighting are thoughtfully designed with a "sea and fishing" theme. Outside, next to the entrance, there is a large sink with running water, perfect for cleaning fish caught in the nearby sea or washing fishing gear. A rod stand (for fishing rods) is also provided. Climbing the stairs to the second floor, you'll find a bright bedroom with a white-based design, offering a completely different atmosphere from the first floor. A projector is installed so guests can enjoy watching videos or movies while lying on the bed. The second-floor interior also reflects the playful spirit of "Ore" to bring a smile to our guests' faces. The Property is conveniently located about 120 minutes by car from both Nagasaki Airport and Fukuoka Airport, about 60 minutes by car from Huis Ten Bosch, and about 10 minutes by car from central Hirado City, including Hirado Castle. A convenience store is also just a 5-minute drive away, making it an ideal location for both sightseeing and shopping. 【Hirado Orenchi】 is especially perfect for fishing enthusiasts, as you can enjoy fishing right up until the last moment before check-out.
