Following our award in 2024, we were honored to receive 1st place again in 2025 in the Hospitality Category (Chugoku & Shikoku Area).
In the Onsen Grand Prix, we also received 2nd place in the History & Culture Category.

We do not offer the extensive Facilities or services of a large Hotel or luxury Ryokan. However, guests who stay at our secluded mountain Accommodation often tell us: “My heart was truly healed in nature,” “I feel refreshed,” “The meals, Yakushiyu Onsen, garden, and hospitality were wonderful,” and “It feels comforting—like coming home.”

In early summer, firefly season brings the graceful glow of wild Genji fireflies and birdsong—an unforgettable nature experience you can only have here.
Our garden is carefully designed and maintained under the owner’s direct leadership. We hope you will enjoy a leisurely stroll through it.
At night, the stars are breathtaking—nothing blocks your view. It’s something you can’t experience in the city (weather permitting).
For our cuisine, we focus on local ingredients whenever possible and use seasonal produce throughout the year.
