Hours of Support
Weekdays (excluding New Year holidays and the Obon period): 9:00–18:00 (phone support in Japanese only).
For emergencies on your check-in day or during your stay, we accept inquiries by message or email every day from 9:00–21:00.
This Facility is a private vacation rental in a standalone house, and there are no on-site staff.
We will email you the entry instructions 4 to 2 days before check-in.
We cannot provide this information by phone, so please check the email address registered on the Reservation site and ensure your settings allow you to receive our emails.
As this is self check-in, check-in after 9:00 PM is possible; however, please note that we cannot be contacted after 9:00 PM.
The key is in the on-site key box. The key box code will also be provided in the entry instructions email.
Check-in is completed on the on-site tablet. Please bring a valid ID for the primary guest; all foreign guests must bring their passport or residence permit.
No contact is required at check-out. Please return the key to its original place and lock the key box.
Please strictly observe the check-out time (your contracted time).
If you do not check out by 10:00 AM and cleaning cannot be completed in time, causing inconvenience to guests checking in that day, we may charge a compensation fee for damages. Thank you for your understanding.
Access to the rooftop deck is not permitted. Please keep quiet at night.
During a Multiple Night Stay, towels will not be replaced.
