Rakuten STAY URBAN Kyoto Shijo Omiya

I stayed for three nights.During my stay, the front desk staff were very courteous, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. Thanks to them, I truly enjoyed a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.I used a twin Room, but because the TV is positioned slightly toward the front, it felt a bit difficult to pass through when moving to the bed at the back. This may be unavoidable due to the Room layout, but it was something I noticed.As for the bathroom, it was kept clean with no water stains, and I was able to use it comfortably.On the other hand, there was a small gap between the bathtub and the wall where water could easily get in, so I was slightly concerned about possible mold in the future. Sealing the gap with rubber caulking might help keep it cleaner.Overall, the staff were helpful and I had a comfortable stay.I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

It was a very nice Room.It was spacious and simple, and I could tell it was designed to feel comfortable.Many Hotels have a bed and a dresser in the Room, but the Room I stayed in had a small table and chair instead of a dresser, with a mirror mounted on the wall (next to the table). It was great to be able to use the hair dryer and do my makeup while looking in the mirror, and I also appreciated being able to enjoy meals at my own pace. Since I could write there as well, I found myself relaxing there rather than on the bed.The amenities were well stocked, and I was grateful that tea and coffee were available freely. The water dispenser was also very helpful.I remember how relieved I felt knowing I could come back to that Room after being out.This Hotel wasn’t overly flashy—everything felt just right.The Hotel staff were calm and kind as well.I would definitely like to stay again.
