- Aso Hakuun Sanso
A natural Onsen accommodation quietly nestled in the vast caldera of Aso Akamizu Onsen Village.
After 10 years, Aso Hakun Sanso has reopened as a Resort Hotel Onsen nestled in the magnificent nature of Mount Aso. From the property, you can enjoy views of the majestic Aso mountains, relax in the Akamizu Onsen known for its skin-beautifying effects, and savor the hotel's delicious cuisine.
I stayed here on a trip with friends. Both the facilities and the Room were clean, and we were able to relax comfortably. The location was wonderful, letting us feel Aso’s nature, and we could unwind from our travel fatigue in the Onsen. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety, and we enjoyed ingredients that felt unique to Aso.The staff were kind, and we had a pleasant stay from check-in onward. It’s also convenient as a base for sightseeing in Aso, and I think it’s a Hotel where you can truly enjoy traveling with friends.I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance to visit Aso.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 9/24/2026The property was new and spotless, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. Thank you for driving us to the station—it was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you very much.
