・Our Property adheres to the guidelines published by the government and industry to implement measures against COVID-19.
・We have established an "Safety & Security Project Team" within our organization to ensure thorough measures at each Facility and to train our staff.
・We have appointed an external infectious disease specialist (details below) as an advisor to continuously update and add new measures to enhance safety within our group.
Promise for the Bathing Area:
・Placement of alcohol disinfectant at entrances and various locations.
・Encouraging hand disinfection upon entry.
・Regular patrols by staff to ensure no overcrowding or congestion occurs.
・Informing guests in advance about peak times in the bathing area and guiding them to bathe during less crowded times.

Requests to Our Guests:
Ryokans and bathing Facilities are places where many people gather seeking "extraordinary spaces" and "relaxation" away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This is not unique to SPASOLANI Yamato Onsen but is common to most tourist and accommodation Facilities.
・At SPASOLANI Yamato Onsen, we are taking numerous measures to protect the "safety and security" of our guests with the help of infectious disease specialists and the efforts of all our staff. However, without the cooperation of each guest, it is impossible to make these COVID-19 measures more complete.
・To ensure that the memories of all our guests are wonderful, and to protect our staff, other guests, and Japan's regional healthcare system, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following "requests":
・Temperature checks upon arrival and filling out a questionnaire (regarding fever, health condition, previous and next destinations, names of companions, etc.).
・Understanding that guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher may be denied entry based on the results of the temperature check.
・Frequent hand disinfection at the alcohol hand sanitizing points installed throughout the Property (disinfectant is also available for loan at the front desk of the accommodation Facility).
・Wearing masks upon arrival, while moving within the Property, and except during meals at the restaurant (masks are also available for purchase within the Property).
・Cooperating with cough/sneeze etiquette and refraining from loud conversations in the presence of other guests (within the Property, restaurant, bathing area, etc.).
・If you notice anything that can be done for the "safety and security" of all staff and guests, please do not hesitate to inform our staff. |
