    Go down to the ground-floor level at Nagano Station, cross the crosswalk to the right, and you will find the entrance immediately.The escalator was out of service, so I took the stairs up to the front desk on the second floor.(Please note this if you have difficulty walking.)I stayed for two nights and was happy with the warm and courteous hospitality throughout.I also appreciated the welcome drink and happy-hour alcohol service.From the 10th floor, I could see mountains behind Nagano Station, which really made me feel like I was in Nagano.Was it only me who couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi in my Room?Even when it connected briefly, it disconnected right away.That was my only disappointment; otherwise, I had a comfortable stay overall.Thank you very much!

  • This is a repeat stay!!

    As I had to stay in Nagano on short notice, I chose this Hotel again as I had a good impression last time.\nSince the same class of Room as before was fully booked, I opted for the most economical Room.\nThe Room is indeed a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. The staff were courteous and left a good impression.\nThe only disappointment was that my late check-in meant I couldn’t enjoy the complimentary late-night noodles or the sake tasting (laugh).
