The pool, location, Room cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. The kids were very satisfied too!If I had to mention one thing, we were on the 8th floor and there was a smell in the hallway (maybe from the air conditioning).The buffet staff also greeted us with smiles, and everyone was Japanese so communication was easy.We’d like to stay again.

The Hotel was also impeccably clean inside, with every detail well maintained, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Above all, when my own mistake caused inconvenience, the staff responded kindly and thoughtfully without showing any displeasure, for which I am truly grateful. Thanks to their attentive care, I never felt uncomfortable and was able to enjoy my stay until the very end. This is an outstanding Hotel that I would love to visit again.
