The best at Ito En.
The pool, location, Room cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. The kids were very satisfied too!If I had to mention one thing, we were on the 8th floor and there was a smell in the hallway (maybe from the air conditioning).The buffet staff also greeted us with smiles, and everyone was Japanese so communication was easy.We’d like to stay again.

Disappointing Cleaning
Although it’s not very large, the Hotel has a pool and table tennis, so children can enjoy themselves even inside the Hotel. Dinner was all-you-can-eat salmon and tuna, and I was very satisfied with the all-you-can-drink beer. In addition, there were fireworks that day—perhaps for a cruise ship—which became a wonderful memory. On the other hand, I was disappointed that the Room was not cleaned thoroughly: there was an odor in the toilet, clumps of dust, and two stink bugs. Also, at the very least, I think the currency exchange machine should urgently be updated to accept new 1,000-yen banknotes and new 500-yen coins.
