A simple Property near Nijo Castle, renovated from an apartment-style building. All rooms are private with attached bath and toilet, and equipped with air conditioning. A coin laundry is also available, making it suitable for long-term stays. Located 20-30 minutes from Kyoto Station by city bus or subway, it provides easy access to various tourist spots such as Kinkaku-ji and Gion, as well as Kyoto University, Ritsumeikan University, Doshisha University, and Bukkyo University, all reachable within 20-40 minutes by city bus. Additionally, rental bicycles (available for a fee and same-day registration only) are highly popular, so please feel free to use them.
