  • Notice of the Introduction of the Okinawa Prefecture Accommodation Tax

    Okinawa Prefecture will introduce an “Accommodation Tax” for stays from Monday, February 1, 2027.

    [About the Accommodation Tax]
    Rate: 2% of the Accommodation Fee per person per night (excluding tax)
    Cap: JPY 2,000 per person per night

    [Important Notes]
    - The Accommodation Tax is not included in the currently displayed Accommodation Fee. Regardless of your Reservation channel, please pay it separately at check-in.
    - For the purpose of the Accommodation Tax, the “Accommodation Fee” includes the room rate and any related Service Fee. Meal charges and consumption tax are not subject to this tax.
    - If there are any tax law changes after your Reservation is made, we may adjust the billed amount based on the tax rules applicable on your stay date. Thank you for your understanding.
