We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1) We will discontinue “Eco Cleaning (towel replacement & trash collection).” For a Multiple Night Stay, we will provide “Full Cleaning (towel replacement, trash collection, bed linen collection, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning)” once every 3 days.
If you would like additional cleaning, we can provide it free of charge—please contact the front desk.
2) If you would like towel replacement and trash collection, please place them outside your room between 10:00 and 14:00 on the same day. Fresh towels are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.
3) Amenities are available at the amenities corner next to the front desk; please take only what you need.
