Notice from the Accommodation (Reservation)
●Important Notes for Reservation
Please make sure to fill in the remarks column with the following information:
*Check-in will not be possible if this information is not provided.
The pricing is set per accommodation; however, please select the accurate number of guests during reservation as beds and towels will be prepared accordingly.
If there are changes in the number of guests after completing the reservation and after the cancellation policy for each plan has taken effect, an additional fee of 4,000 yen per person will apply.
Our facility does not provide extra towels exceeding the maximum occupancy limit.
If you require additional towels for a child sharing existing bedding, please inform us by the day before your stay.
We can provide one set (bath towel & face towel) for 300 yen.
●Please note that cleaning services will generally not be provided during your stay.
