Please enjoy a wonderful stay in our guest rooms with open-air baths, “Hanare Kangetsutei,” or in our top-floor rooms, including the “Special Suite,” and leave the bustle of the city behind.
We booked Hana no Sato with the Anniversary Plan for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. After we arrived, we were taking a photo of the Accommodation sign at the entrance when a staff member warmly greeted us and offered to take our picture. From there, everything—from check-in to being shown to our Room—was handled with such care and courtesy. We were already saying to each other how amazing the service was!The Room was fantastic, with a bed larger than a double and an incredible open-air bath. Dinner was the Nagi Wagyu kaiseki course, with steak, shabu-shabu, and many other dishes—so much food that we could barely finish it, and we were completely satisfied. During dinner, they placed a cake in our refrigerator for us, and the surprise was a huge success! (I requested it by email in advance; their reply was quick and very helpful.)At check-out as well, they kindly saw us off all the way to the exit. This was truly the best service we’ve ever experienced at any Accommodation—I honestly didn’t want to leave.The international staff also spoke excellent Japanese and were wonderful.We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!

The Room was clean, spacious, had a great view, and even included a massage chair—everything was wonderful. Every meal was delicious, and the Onsen was excellent as well. My friend was happy to have such a great birthday.Thanks to you, we were able to spend a truly happy time—thank you very much.

Step outside from the 2nd-floor lobby to find a Japanese garden filled with vivid greenery. Please enjoy the seasonal changes of wild mountain plants and the natural scents with all your senses. Depending on your Room, you may also view the garden from your window, offering a different atmosphere than when strolling through it.
Yunogo Onsen is one of the “Mimasaka Three Hot Springs” in Okayama Prefecture, one of the Chugoku region’s leading hot spring resorts. Legend says it was discovered in the Heian period when Jikaku Daishi of the Tendai sect was guided by a white heron, and it is also known as “Sagi-no-Yu.” It is also popular with women as an Onsen said to promote beautiful skin. Please enjoy Yunogo Onsen in our spacious large public baths, “Daikei” and “Chokei,” as well as our open-air bath.
