Both my parents and my children said, “It was great.”Every year, we stay overnight at an Onsen area in Yunogo when we visit our family grave, and this time we stayed at Miharu-kaku.The staff, the food, and the Onsen were all perfect.We would love to stay again next year.

After we arrived, we were taking a photo of the Accommodation sign at the entrance when a staff member warmly greeted us and offered to take our picture. From there, everything—from check-in to being shown to our Room—was handled with such care and courtesy. We were already saying to each other how amazing the service was!The Room was fantastic, with a bed larger than a double and an incredible open-air bath. Dinner was the Nagi Wagyu kaiseki course, with steak, shabu-shabu, and many other dishes—so much food that we could barely finish it, and we were completely satisfied. During dinner, they placed a cake in our refrigerator for us, and the surprise was a huge success! (I requested it by email in advance; their reply was quick and very helpful.)At check-out as well, they kindly saw us off all the way to the exit. This was truly the best service we’ve ever experienced at any Accommodation—I honestly didn’t want to leave.The international staff also spoke excellent Japanese and were wonderful.We will definitely stay again! Thank you so much!!!

Yunogo Onsen is one of the “Mimasaka Three Hot Springs,” one of the Chugoku region’s leading hot spring areas in Okayama Prefecture. This renowned Onsen is also known as “Sagi-no-Yu (Heron Hot Spring),” said to have been discovered in the Heian period when Jikaku Daishi, a Tendai Buddhist monk, was guided by a white heron. It is also popular among women as an Onsen known for promoting beautiful skin. Please enjoy Yunogo Onsen in our spacious large public baths, “Daikei” and “Chokei,” as well as our open-air bath.
