Hotel Initiatives
- The Facility is disinfected and cleaned several times a day to prevent infectious diseases.
- In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we propose venue layouts that maintain distance between guests and conduct regular ventilation within the venue.
- When using restaurants or banquet halls:
All tableware and glassware are properly cleaned, ensuring safe use.
Banquet usage time is generally limited to within 2 hours, and unnecessary extensions are avoided.
We kindly ask for your cooperation with certain rules regarding food and beverage service methods and behavior within restaurants and banquet halls (e.g., refraining from pouring drinks for others).
- Employees strictly adhere to "handwashing and gargling," "temperature checks before work," "alcohol hand sanitization," and "wearing masks."
- We monitor the health conditions of employees and implement measures to ensure "health and safety" for both guests and employees.
Requests to Guests
- Please check your temperature before visiting, and refrain from coming if you have a fever, fatigue, or other symptoms of poor health. Additionally, we may check your temperature upon arrival, and if a fever of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may deny entry. We appreciate your understanding.
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are placed throughout the Facility, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands.

- Please wear a mask when visiting the Facility.
- Prepare a list of attendees, and in the event of a request for information from relevant authorities, ensure that you are ready to respond.
