Hotel Measures
・To prevent infection, we disinfect and clean inside the Hotel Facility several times a day.
・In accordance with social distancing guidelines, we propose venue layouts that allow adequate spacing between guests and conduct regular ventilation within venues.
・When using restaurants or banquet halls:
All tableware and glassware are properly washed, so you can use them with confidence.
Banquet usage time is generally limited to within 2 hours, and we ask that unnecessary extensions be avoided.
We ask for your cooperation regarding service methods for food and beverages, as well as certain rules within restaurants/banquet halls (e.g., refraining from pouring drinks for others).
・Employees strictly follow “handwashing and gargling,” “temperature checks before work,” “alcohol hand sanitization,” and “wearing masks.”
・We monitor employees’ health conditions and take measures to ensure the health and safety of both guests and employees.
Requests to Guests
・Please be sure to check your temperature before visiting. If you have a fever, fatigue, or any other symptoms, please refrain from visiting. We may also check your temperature upon arrival; if a fever of 37.5°C or higher is confirmed, we will refuse entry. Thank you for your understanding.
・Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available throughout the building; please cooperate by sanitizing your hands.
※Sanitizer locations: building entrance / in front of elevators on each floor / in front of each restaurant & banquet hall Please wear a mask when visiting the Hotel.
・Please prepare an attendee list in advance so that you can respond if relevant authorities request information provision.
