[Measures Against COVID-19]
To ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff, we are implementing the following measures:
● Facility Measures
- Hand sanitizers are installed on each floor.
- Ozone machines are placed in elevators and the front lobby 24/7.
*Air Buster ozone machines are used (no impact on human health).
- Acrylic panels are installed at the front desk counter.
- Humidifiers are provided during dry autumn/winter seasons.
- Sodium hypochlorite solution is available for loan use.
- For multiple night stays, room cleaning will not be conducted during your stay; amenities will be provided by hanging them on your door handle.
● Guest Room Measures
- Virus removal is conducted using ozone machines.*
*Gouwan ozone machines (high concentration with potential impact on humans) perform powerful disinfection for 40 minutes.
- Cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning rooms.
- Surfaces such as doors, doorknobs, switches, tables, chairs, TV remotes, telephones, refrigerators, hairdryers, bathrooms, and toilets are wiped with sodium hypochlorite solution during cleaning.
- Ventilation of guest rooms and hallways is performed during cleaning.
● Staff Measures
- Daily temperature checks and health monitoring.
- Mandatory mask-wearing; gloves worn when cleaning guest rooms.
- Regular hand sanitization.
- Disinfection of room keys/spare keys.
- Disinfection of front desk areas/pens.
● Requests to Guests
- Please wear a mask at all times.
- Temperature checks will be conducted upon check-in.
- Use the hand sanitizers provided in the facility for disinfection purposes.
- When pressing elevator buttons, please use your room key holder instead of bare hands.
If you suspect symptoms related to COVID-19 (fever/cough/severe fatigue), please contact us via internal phone line to report your condition; remain in your room without going outside until further instructions from public health authorities contacted by hotel staff.
