An accommodation surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rivers, offering seasonal delights and relaxation.

The property, surrounded by the sea, mountains, and rivers, offers seasonal activities to enjoy. Notably, the onsen known as "fossil seawater," with its high salt concentration, excels in heat retention and moisturizing. Guests can enjoy various baths, such as an open-air bath shaped like a ship and a meditation foot bath with reflexology effects. Additionally, savor fresh seafood cuisine and the local sake "Ando Suigun," while spending tranquil moments in the warm wooden interior.

  • I hadn’t looked into the Hotel much in advance, but I was amazed—everything is all-you-can-drink? It felt incredibly generous. After arriving, I enjoyed the bath and sauna, then toasted with a beer! Even during meals, everything was all-you-can-drink. Not just beer, but also shochu, sake, wine, and whisky—an impressive selection. The tsukudani at breakfast was so good that I went to buy some at the shop of their sister Hotel. My only complaint was that the sauna bench at the adjacent Hotel was broken and the sauna floor was soaking wet. The bench should be repaired soon, but I’m not sure what caused all that water on the floor—it wasn’t very pleasant, so I’d like to see it improved as soon as possible.Other than that, it was truly a wonderful Accommodation!

  • I stayed here recently when I visited the Shirakami-Sanchi area. When I arrived at the Accommodation, I was welcomed with very pleasant hospitality, and they explained that all drinks available inside the building were included in the price. There was a corner with drinks, snacks, and treats, with a great variety to choose from. The meals were served in just the right portions and were delicious. The Onsen is a strong chloride spring, so you almost feel like your body gently floats up in the bath (lol). There was some mold on the ceiling of the large public bath, but the changing area was kept very clean, so it didn’t bother me much.Everyone was very kind, and the local Aomori dialect felt very gentle—an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again if I have another chance.

Welcome to Suigun no Yado, a hidden retreat of medieval romance where 300,000-year-old seawater flows abundantly as Onsen.

"The ancient seawater, known as 'fossil seawater,' has become a precious Onsen. Trapped underground eons ago, this seawater has matured over 300,000 years to become a beneficial hot spring. Onsen containing fossil seawater have high salt concentrations, offering excellent heat retention and moisturizing properties, making it difficult to cool down after bathing, and can be considered a natural thalassotherapy (marine therapy)."

About Hygiene Measures
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we have implemented enhanced measures focusing on "hygiene management" and "avoiding close contact." All staff members wear masks at all times. During customer service, cooking, or cleaning tasks, staff also wear gloves and practice thorough handwashing. Alcohol-based sanitization is strictly enforced at the employee entrance during entry and exit. Staff undergo temperature checks upon reporting to work, with records maintained accordingly. *Details of these measures are available on our official website.* 【For Our Guests】 - Please use the alcohol sanitizer provided at the entrance upon arrival. - Temperature checks will be conducted during check-in. *If a temperature of 37.5°C or higher is detected, we may request you to refrain from staying as per public health guidelines.* - Kindly provide accurate information when filling out the guest registration form. - If you experience fever or feel unwell during your stay, please remain in your room and contact the front desk immediately. - We kindly ask accompanying guests to wear masks; if needed, masks are available at the front desk. - For large groups of accompanying guests, we may request room adjustments for safety purposes. - Thermometers are available upon request; please contact the front desk or nearby staff. In cases where infection is suspected among guests, we will follow public health authority instructions for appropriate action. 【Specific Infection Prevention Measures】 - Minimize contact between employees and guests as well as among guests themselves by maintaining social distancing (approximately 2 meters). - Manage guest flow during check-in/out to avoid crowding. - Implement infection prevention measures in shared spaces such as lobbies, communal baths, dining areas/restaurants. - Provide hand sanitizing stations throughout entrances and facilities. - Ensure mask-wearing by both employees and visitors/guests within facilities. - Regularly ventilate rooms and facilities. - Conduct routine disinfection of all areas within accommodations. ■ General Measures Across All Areas: - Limit shared items or frequently touched surfaces wherever possible through thoughtful arrangements. - Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces used by multiple people (e.g., cups/chopsticks) with proper cleaning/sanitization methods or replace them with disposable alternatives if necessary. - Install acrylic panels/transparent curtains in face-to-face interaction points to prevent droplet transmission effectively - Wash uniforms/clothing frequently while ensuring strict hygiene practices like regular handwashing & sanitization availability across premises accessible anytime for everyone involved including customers/staff alike considering asymptomatic carriers' potential presence implementing preventive strategies accordingly
