The front desk staff were extremely polite and very kind.This is a Business Hotel, but it was the first time I’ve ever been able to check in and check out feeling this good.The Room also had a large mirror, which I think is great for women. That was what I appreciated most.It’s a compact Room and not very spacious, but I had no complaints about the bath or toilet. The TV and air conditioning were comfortable as well.It’s close to Kyoto Station, and it was easy to get to where I needed to go.I visit Kyoto several times a year, so I’d definitely like to stay here again.
I moved here at short notice from another Hotel to extend my stay, and everything was great overall—the mattress, cleanliness, convenience, location, and front desk service.
